At least she stood behind Shiv and didn't run away from the situation. For all the times he has been pillar of support to her, it is pay back time. 😊

True. These things happen between married couples and nothing major that she has to leave her house. If women leave their husbands for such small things marriages will not last long.

Jan she lies quite a lot .😆 Will give an example . She KNEW about Jagya Ganga . Lal Singh told her . Then she herself wondered on Jagya's engagement day . Then Jagya asked her in cafe and she blunttly told him she did not think it was necessary to talk about it . She was also asking him kya rishta hai tumhara Ganga ke saath on the night she fired him . Oh,she knew alright . But she told lies to Ira and Saanchi when they ganged up on her , frightened .😆 Not that Ira and Saanchi have ANY right to ask these questions to her ...thats a seperate issue .

Another way of lying she does is simply not mentioning many questionable facts and sitting on them and enabling wrong doers .

This is the second time Singhs chose her over their blood while she chose Shekhars over them . She has now thrown away her mask ...she has picked sides . Saanchi and the Shekhars . She is and always was on the side of WRONG in this matter . So easy to advise Chanda to break up home but when it comes to her own , she goes to any frightened lengths to keep it intact . All the ladies she preached to should gang up and do her izzat aarti .

Real world news, ladies in India who want to divorce wait for this bill to pass.
http://www.dnaindia.com/mumbai/1896919/report-women-put-off-divorce-to-benefit-from-marriages-law-amendment-bill
Quote from the article "Marriages Law (Amendment) Bill proposal of up to 50% share in husband's property, including inheritance, sees 23% drop in divorce cases as women direct their lawyers to go slow on proceedings"

Serious note? 😲 Many leaders, social workers, lawyers, IAS, IPS officers etc. have had full family responsibilities - complete with kids.

This was one hell of a sweeping generalisation you've made Sheets! 😲

And if Anandi is so burdened with family issues then why does she do this drama of preaching to others or bringing in police to their homes? Why doesn't she mind her own business or do lighter work like donations or teaching little kids at an already existing ashram (so that whole burden is not on her)?

BTW, why are you again and again talking about Anandi leaving home? This thread has not mentioned that Anandi should leave Shiv!

She is just like any normal woman nothing mahaan about it.

LOL! This is what we point to! This is double standards only. "Any other normal woman" - yeah then why doesn't she remain so? Why does she get fits of samaj seva sitting at home and suddenly round up an army of police and IAS to go and meddle in others' matters?

Breaking others' homes and tolerating everything to keep her own home "together".

If Anandi not filing a case against Jagya and Gauri in past and not acting against some other aggressors was a sign of patience and showed "life is too short to hate" then why the hell does she preach laws to others and encourage them to file cases against their husbands or parents?! Why does she go uninvited to others' houses and bring along IPS and IAS officers to threaten or arrest them?

Why doesn't she let other women be patient and tolerant and try to look for positives and manage their homes their way then?!

Why these double standards?

She lives her own way. Let other women live their own way then!

i agree totally..my grouse with anandi has been exactly this right from the beginning..she says a hell lot of things but applies none of them.. she goes around preaching to others abt self-respect and takes nothing less than abuse from her own sasural, be it DS earlier or Ira and sachi now..she was so quick to lecture chanda on her rights and independence, and here is mouthing stuff like she has no identity without her husband..she went all out on anti-superstition, and next instant was going paranoid abt the fricking diya going off...come on!!!! cut down the hypocrisy a lil bit..its annoying to see her behave in this manner.. either get off others' backs and let them live as per their wish, or start practicing what u preach, oh so enthusiastically..

I second Skep. Nobody is telling her to leave. Somewhere down the line, she is going to be proved right and Shiv will say sorry- and all that. The point is she drinks up insults like alcohol and says weird stuff like I'm no one without my husband. Makes the impression that cvs feel this is how women should act- just bear all accusations and let the truth come out on its own. Shouldn't Ta take her life in her hands? What's with all The crying.
