"Main Shiv (aka apne pati) ke bina kuch bhi nahi. Woh mere sab kuch hai. Ab main iss parivar ki hi hu."

I think my problem with these statements is self-explanatory. So girls like me, who stand up for themselves, don't take such nonsense from anyone and have an identity, separate from their fathers/husbands are obviously doing it all wrong. Disgusting, CVs. So Anandi was into independence, only till she could get a husband. Nice lesson, thanks.

P.S. You guys may discuss but I've already put forward my view, so I won't be replying. So please, no bashing or hating on me.

Bhashans and advices are for others like there is a saying Advice is like diarrhoea pill, easy to administer to others, but difficult to inflcit upon self!!!So thts why Anandi gives long bhashans-she herself never takes those advice seriously!!!!Bechari gaw ki bholi bhali aurton ko aiwe bhadka rahi hai!!!!

even i was felt very stupid hearing this dialogue...she says the same thing for her every husband but ultimately she does lives a better life alone than with someone...she should tell shiv firmly that she is not okay with the way he is behaving and it's better they talk about the problem than this silent treatment...but anandi wants to perfect bahu and pativrata pati so no chance of her to ever even speak in high voice in front of shiv 🥱

To hell with Anandi's so called social work! And someone please BURN that trophy which she got from the Chief Minister for her work! 😡

Ab yehi mera parivaar hai. Sab ki naarazgi jaayaz hai. Shiv mere pati hain. Main unke bina KUCH NAHIN HOON.

Bravo! 😡

You behave like a doormat. No wonder you're treated like one.

I always thought she was the weakest female lead ever. And now it is confirmed.

They showed conversation of backward Bhago, brainwashing a child bride in the flashback. Wah re wah!

Who the hell writes BV dialogues these days?! 😡 Get lost!

BTW, if Anandi is nothing without her husband and she also put up with a husband like Jagya even after he left her then how the hell does she sermonise other women to take a stand against their husbands or leave them?!

Hypocrite!

Anyday Ganga is better who did not hesitate to run away from her abusive husband and in laws. And even Gauri who is living on her own, fending for herself. Kudos to Phooli also for living on her own.

So a woman has NO existence without her husband. Very good. Gamechanger my foot! You rot BV! 🤢

ok now my question to Tanandi

Why was Chanda's pati threatened and almost put in jail then , surely Chanda too was a pativrata and surely she too had some sort of a marraige ? Why she had CHILDREN by him , they would have the stigma of their father being a jailbird ! Maybe a slap or 2 was HER WAY OF LIFE if u can make such BULLPUCKY arguments in front of God ! What ur saying is Pati is Parmeshwar and ur life at sasural , whatever it is , is ur karma and any abuse is simply a way of life , then is not this true of Chanda and the other women who had PROGRESSED in marital life and had KIDS ? How can u go around threatening other women's patis when existence of a woman is only due to pati ? I was shocked with her regressive and disgusting monologue .

I'm an emotional viewer but was unmoved by Anandi's words. I did not feel the slightest sympathy because she was justifying Ira's bullying tactics and Shiv's harsh behaviour towards her. And it seemed so unrealistic. Anandi is a woman - not SUPERwoman. Why can't the CVs try to keep her human?

Anyways, the dialogue you mentioned was quite hard for me to digest. It strongly implies that a woman without her husband has no existence of her own. That's not the correct message coming from the CVs.I've said this in another thread - there's no point in Anandi preaching the women of the village if she herself doesn't believe in any of that. It's about time she practiced what she preaches. Hypocrite, no?
