Anandi is a coward - plain n simple.
She has a big bhashan for all the poor 'ablas' of the world but when it comes to her - Anandi boohoos into her pillow, keeps quiet, puts up with mental torture, lies, everything - just - to keep the boat form rocking at home.
Anandi claims to know and understand Jagya best. Despite that - she bullied him and blackmailed him with her hurt, to make him promise to remarry. She backed out of her promise by keeping mum about Saanchi's rishta and her stand on it. She told herself - it was Jagya's choice.
Then she poked her nose into Ganga's feelings and got input from LS and still kept quiet. Then she saw Jagya's lost tormented behaviour at engagement and still chose to lecture him about his disappearance but otherwise kept quiet. When he later went to Mangalore and Sanchi created a scene - she totally blasted Jagya - WITHOUT SHARING HER OWN INFO ABOUT GANGA.
She has not yet shared Sanchi's dupli behaviour or the engagement date not being shubh - and yet - she has the gall to sing Sanchi's praises to Jagya ? Anandi is a spineless coward - who just wants Sanchi married and out of the house - even if she deports her to the one family that has been more to her than her own parents.
If this is gratitude - kindness - sensitivity - I'll take Gauri anyday.
