I do not get why villagers came to Dadisa for help?...shouldn't they have contacted the Govt. for taking any action...how will Dadisa help them in this matter...they themselves are Sarpanch and yet they need help form Singhs...i would have understood if they would have told that they want this matter to be taken to Anandi who would have told this immediately to Shiv and he would have made things easy for Jaitsar by fastening up the complain process...i think it will wrong for Shiv to meddle in this matter because Shiv is himself a Collector of some other place and has no right to interfere professionally in this matter.

I like this because hopefully it will bring Anandi and Shiv back to their professional mode but Shiv's interference will be wrong and may bring trouble for him

Shiv can help in dealing with the city builders and talk about it to CM as he considers shiv as a honest officer. Anandi can talk to new collector as a normal person helping the jetysar people.

The villagers(or district people) don't see Anandi separate from the Singh's. Anandi played a major role in developing Jester and so did the Singh's. they were always there behind her and helped them. So they approached the Singh's to discuss this which is okay!

Even I was wondering the same !!😆

Then I remembered, she is the Queen of Jaitsar and her opinion matters..😉 .. Moreover, except anandi and singhs, all villagers including the old sarpanch, are dumb without any ability to think on their own.

I feel Shiv should only advice Jaitsar on how to go on about this Collector's complain...he should not personally get involved in it...Anandi can get since she is a part of Jaitsar but not Shiv...it will not look good if Shiv is speaking on behalf of Jaitsar when he is in no way related to them professionally...if this would have been a personal matter like Ganga's then Shiv could have helped but since it involves whole district and Shiv is himself in same profession it's better if he stays as an invisible guiding hand and not the leader...but even with all this why are they asking Dadisa's help?...and the people were not common villagers but Sarpanch of Jaitsar...if it's Dadisa's duty to see that Collector is doing good job or not then what are those Sarpanch here for? why should Dadisa interfere in Govt. and official matters like she owns the village...the villagers were no where telling Dadisa to talk to Anandi about this...they only said that you should help us and then Dadisa said she will sent her sons to see what's the matter with collector 😕

I'm assuming the singhs don't know what is happening in the area they live in, maybe they just came to inform them and then dadisa thought she should take control 😆

this is what happens. there are committed officers and there are not so committed officers. The villagers were happy when shiv anandi gave attention to their problems. They expected the same from the new collector and were disappointed.

In banks due to frequent transfer of officers, loans are not followed by the newly posted officer or manager as he or she thinks I have not sanctioned them. Why should I break my head?

When a new political party wins elections and takes over, the first thing they do is to discontinue all that to make the previous political party look bad in the eyes of the people.

This attitude is the reason why government works lack continuity to implement schemes.

But, what I feel is that Shiv will be transferred back to Jaitsar.
The new collecor will be removed from the position, and shiv will come back.

The old sarpanch is also somewhat useless...(remember he could not raise funds to start the college). So Anandi will take over as sarpanch again.

And then we are back to square one ! **yawn **🥱

Definitely a possibility. See how cvs have the habit of doing something and then reversing it.. Like when jagya came back he wanted to really ask for forgiveness, then suddenly he becomes negative...they spend weeks and weeks of episode for transfer drama then they will reverse it.. Anyway, shiv and anandi has to come back to jaitser otherwise the people of jaitser will become regressive, uneducated, starved and die too.. Without the blessings of god and goddess...
