Jaitsar was made a district by Chief Minister, so obviously it should be called as a district. If Cvs don't have even this much basic knowledge, what can we say?

In reality where a collector is present, a sarpanch may not be relevant (not that I know much about this hierarchy or internal working o the administration of a village/district in India), but remember this is TVLAND and just last week they show Anandi telling Dadisa while she was in Jetsar that she is going to see the Sarpanch. Note, she did not mention, I'm going to see the new collector. So what's the deal there?

sarpanch is focal point beween goverment officers and village community .so i think in village sarpanch and collector cannot work alone .sarpanch and collector both need each other for development of village

For the first time i liked mahi. What he said was so true. What's the point in these people discussing so much when it is all one sided. Poor Ira is unable to accept that her daughter is going after a man all by herself! It is such a shame to them!😭

It was very good to see they are bringing back essence of BV, social issues with the new collector scene. 😊

Second point, I think its not a very big blunder that a collector and sarpanch are present at the same time. Collector and sarpanch are not EITHER OR posts. A collector is an administrative officer who is appointed by government, he is responsible for the law & order of the whole district. Whereas a sarpanch is somebody who is elected by voting by the people and his area is only his village. Though rare, its very much possible that they are present at the same time.

Now the blunder here is how Jaister being a village, has been made a district headquarter. And if it is not village, then what a sarpanch is doing there. Had it not been village, the sarpanch & grampanchayat would not have been there, but there would have been a Nagar Palika & some head of it (I m not very sure what is he called) instead. Normally when a new district is formed, some town in it is declared as its headquarter, and the collector operates from there. Still the nagar palika (or nagar parishad in Hindi may be) exists there.

Probably here the CM was so confident about A's work that he thought that Jaister would soon transform into a town !! 😉 But little did he know that A is going to shift soon and all the dev is going to come to a halt 😆

On a serious note, Jaister might be a village on the verge of getting transformed into a town in the BV world 😊 It has not been given an 'Urban' status yet, thats how the panchayat & sarpanch still exists !!

Thanks for update.

Now Mahi seems to be the most mature person in Shekhar household. Meenu and Daddu did not consider Mahi's words, really disappointing. I never had any hope from Ira, but at least Meenu and Daddu should have listen to reason.

Ganga's education- the less said the better. A third class pass person prepared and gave 10th board exam within 2-3 months. If that was hard to believe, the result came within a fortnight or so(they went to mandir on the last day of her exam, when Jagya was attacked) superfast!!

And did they show that Ganga start planning the grand celebration for J's birthday and made J's family to agree to keep it a secret? Why Ganga is behaving like she is already bahu of family?

CV s are dangling the carrots of some corruption in govt offices inefficient administration

Anandi taking on the role of fighter against social injustice,so far they have mentioned these corrupt builders three times still they have not made an appearance.

Jagya was beaten black and blue Rat pack is suspected and still this rat pack is yet to make an appearance.

All we get to see bratty vadhu's ek tarfa prem kahani

Now the Shekhars have come up with this idea of wanting to know what is in Jagya's mind.

Looks like they want Jagya to reject Sanchi's pyar.It is just shows how desperate they are to get Sanchi's mind changed.They have to pay for the consequences of not bringing up Sanchi in aproper manner.May be Sanchi will learn a lot of lessons from life just like Jagya did after all the kicks he got from life.

Mahi Shiv and Anandi seem to be on one side and the senior Shekhars are on the other side who believe Sanchi is at fault for developing feelings for Jagya and believe in dissuading Sanchi.

Younger lot seem to be more sensible than the older lot.

Ganga passed tenth board exams at last.Nice to see her happy and planning for surprise party for Jagya.

I wonder if Jagya and DS remembered how they reacted when they learnt the news that Anandi cleared her tenth board exams😡🤢
