Sid-Toral etc

To all those who say that Sid sucked in earlier serials and shined here, so will Toral -

Certain limitations like new role, new cast - everyone understands and gives leeway to actors to improve. So that much tweaking is given to everyone, to Sid & Toral too. But considering everything, Sid was good since the 1st episode of BV. From the start itself, he portrayed the complete man well. But in Toral's case, her expressions, acting, etc is hugely off the mark from Anandi's character. IMO, there is no comparison between Toral & Sid in terms of debut. Shiv won hearts instantly and Torlal broke them with both looks and her acting. The base/bar itself is too low in Toral's case for her to come up to Shiv's level.

Secondly - she does good in aggressive form, okay. But can anyone look back and see Anandi' character & how many times she was aggressive in the past one year? If CVS 'write story' according to Toral's acting skills, then Anandi's character will be completely destroyed. Because the essence of Anandi is not aggression but goodness, empathy, softness & yet strong. If she keeps fighting and shouting she will look not like Anandi which kills the entire purpose of taking Toral for the role.
In fact, as per people who support Toral, they say the character is the one matters, not the actress. Then are they willing to sacrifice that very character for an actress?? 😕

i am not supporting Toral but i feel its not right to compare Sid and Toral because Shiv was a completely new character and whichever way Sid would have portrayed it we would have liked it as far as he is good in acting because we didn't knew anything about the character but Toral is a replacement...we already know every thing about Anandi's personality and want exactly everything same but since Toral is really different from last Anandi so we feel that our Anandi is missing (which is not wrong)...i think that if Toral improves in acting than even she can do well but for that director needs to work hard which seems to be lacking for now...god knows why but it looks like director is trying to make her act like Prats so we get our Anandi back but instead of regaining Anandi we are losing her more...Toral tried to speak like Prats in a low volume but it turned the scene bad because she was very low and it looked almost like a whisper to me

Yes that's why I am saying there is no comparison between them. I am replying to opinions which say that Sid has done well from bad roles, so will Toral.

For getting into the skin of the character, she has to portray similar to Pratyushs (not identical, though) or how else will she fit. Imitation is needed, duplicity is not. She is not able to understand the difference. Director is not crazy that he will tell her to act exactly like Pratyusha, he can only say what all to portray, how to get the expressions. Finally its her job in front of the camera. She is doing a poor job of being delicate/empathetic/sincere/loving/caring, etc. Because her talent as an actress is very very limited. She not good enough.

thisis what we try to say so e have stopped watching becoz she is destroying anandi and has destroyed a lot becoz ph can't give or seerve us what we don't like they have to give us what we like ,,, shewears lehengas and anandi had come few steps ahead means destroyin ,, then she is agressive and looks over shiv like he is baby and that too is vague she looked with gleam love missing here

threeyrs long time and distruction os serial is paining us so we want pratts back

sid has really grown as an actor...he was new"really raw" in babul...irritating in JPSYA...ok..ok..in love u zindagi...n awesome in BV...
unfortunately i dont see that growth in toral..who has been in this industry so long...but she may not be at fault...its the casting director who is at fault..not everyone can suit a particular character...
i have done a bit of theatre too..i was assigned roles based on my personality..whether a lead character or just a blink n miss...its sad that BV wich always had a strong casting made such a blunder!!

An actor brings his own essence to a character...Pratz played Anandi her way and created a character we all loved...If they bring in another actress no matter how hard she tries it will never be the same for the simple reason She is not Pratz.

Here the choice is not upto the mark...even hard core BV supportes silentely agree tht T dosent fit in the Anandi'd role.
The softness tht innocence ..tht talking via eyes is just nor there.
And chemistry with Sid !! well I better not comment on tht...its not even zero its negative !

How wld one feel while watchng sholey suddenly after interval Jai gets replaced by vinod khanna and director says well its all abt the character not actor anyone can play Jai...wats the need to continue with amitabh.😆

Here CVs made a big mistake...they replaced P at the high point of AnSh...replacement happen in other shows too but they survive because its usually done after a leap or not during high point.
ppl had fallen in love with SidYusha Chemistry and they were waiting eagerly for their romance...after dragging their track they suddenlt replace Anandi with a new face and expect audience to accept her??
I will call this overconfidence and total disregard of audience feeling...Probably colors forgot tht customer is the king...

I dont buy tht story tht P wanted to quit and they had been searching for a replacement since six months...had this been the case they wld hav def not chosen Toral...Sorry to say but she dosent seem to be result of six months of searching.
And if they were planning for replacement they wld hav planned it properly..they wld hav culminated the AnSh romance n then done the replacement..not in a haphazard way.
And P cant leave al of a sudden..Actors r bound by contract...they cant break it so easily.

All in All I will say an impulsive decision but one person resulted in a disater for Colors.

And audience is not so forgiving ...some ppl might adjust but most wont ...like a substandard product they will throw it back at the shopkeeper.

Frankly I dont see any co relation between Avika and T
Infact I shudder to think Avika growing into Toral 😆😆
