Really guys chill.. Stop Bashing/criticizing Anandi.. She loves Shiv a lot...

She didnt realize it because she is scared..

She loved a person(J) whole heartedly bt he hurted her.. He made her feel that she is good for nothing.

He made physical relation with her and thn realized tht she is not up to his level and they r not made for each other.

She lost confidence in herself.. She did all good things for others but never realized that She is not less than a city gal.

She lost her belief in love and convinced herself that love is not for her. All this years she was in denial mode that she dsnt believe in love and she dsnt want any partner in her life.

She was trying to move in her life as Sarpanch and social worker.. but suddenly She got a man.. A man who was handsome, good, educated, abroad return, collector and far better frm her ex.

She was forced to marry him. She was not ready but agreed for her mother. She convinced herself for marriage and married wholeheartedly after realizing that The person whom she is marrying is a gem.

But it was just 4 months before marriage. She convinced herself to move on but she was not able to convince herself that a person like shiv(who is much better than her ex) can love her.

She is still not able to gain that lost confidence in herself. She is still scared that like J,shiv will also leave her coz she is not a city gal. Give her some time. She will start seeing herself from Shiv's POV..

She will realize that she is not less than any1.. She will realize that she was wrong and love is made for her. She will love Shiv more than she loved any1.

She just needs time... Its been max 6 months since the marriage proposal came from DS.. she was hurt for 7-8yrs.. Do u think 6 mons r sufficient??

P.S.: this is my POV.. Plz give comments.. +ve/-ve.. not an issue bt dnt bash ne1.

I am not worried that she does not love shiv still. But the cv r making her character weak. One day she is fine blushing with shiv and another day confused whether she has to love him out of duty or not. She is not making any effort to please shiv. He gave her so many gifts and surprises but anandi always accepted them but never thought of returning a small gift to him. Cv show something from anandi side to please shiv. She is making effort to impress saanchi but not her husband. Why ?

Mishti - I agree with you.

Because all the love that she has showered on Jagya has not been enough to make him stay with her.She was told that she was inadequate repeatedly and she believed that and decided love and marriage are not for her.

She was hesitant to get married to him because she believed marriage and love were not meant for her.Finally she convinced herself that it is a sensible decision to marry him and it is a good way to move on.Now she knows how much Shiv really loves her but still finds it difficult to believe that someone like Shiv can love her so much because she doesn't believe the image that Shiv has shown of her.She feels whatever love she feels for him is not adequate.

The moment she starts seeing herself as Shiv sees her she will not have any hesitations in showing her love for him.

I really hope one day when she is looking into the mirror that Shiv had given her she sees the Image of herself who is very much like him that Shiv wanted her to see.😊

For people who end up having a low self esteem - like Anandi currently has - it can be hard to accept that someone can actually value them and love them above all.

Anandi just needs to re-accept that she is worth every smile that she gets and every hug is deserved and that she is not at fault for the mess so far. Once Anandi gets back her confidence - she will be able to accept that she is worth it and will be able to respond back.

To be fair - this courting period is what their engagement period was meant for - but that got wasted. Koi nahi - they can woo and flirt now and get to a point where they can't hold back. We'll all get there. Am sure of it. 😊

Loved this post -- A much needed one!!

Like the posts in this thread have mentioned - Anandi rediscovering her self confidence and esteem are key in her moving forward and accepting Shiv as her husband in the complete sense. From what I understand, CVs too are going on this path - which was made clear with what Shiv said in their 1-1 conversation.

For a girl who is sensitive and intelligent, understands others so well, empathizes with them, resolves their issues - personal or professional, it is not difficult. Till now, for Anandi, the concept of being married to Shiv is still new. Whereas, Shiv was always there - in that mental space, where he believed and accepted Anandi as his life partner. She needs the time to look in to herself and think about it.

Glad that now, she is on this path of self introspection vis a vis Shiv and their relationship.

shiv also believe she want to come near him but something stop her and he is confident one day she will fall in love with him thats is why giving her time .if he has any doubt that anandi will never love him he would have not give her time and he would have given divorce paper till now not for himself but sake of anandi

though there is no physical relation ship in ansh till now but still i liked this couple because their mental relation ship is very strong .they understand each other believe each other respect each other and this is key of successful marriage life

i am surprised by sudden concern for shiv's or lack of sex life :-) in the forum 😉 many of the bashrs hav becom shiv supportes for not getting it within a week of his wedding.
he is def not a kid he knows wat he's doing.
too bad never saw this support for gaga fans wen their so called marriage remained unconsummated for months :-)

Tottally agreed with u..her insaan main utne ability nehi hote ki wo 7\8 saal ki dukh ko 6 mnth me vula de..i think she also start loving him but kehne se apna pyar jata ne se darta hai..per ye dar jayada din nehi rahega..shiv ka pyaar uski ye dar ko dur kar dega bohot jaldi..

Very nice post, a person has to take time to be with a relationship. Some how spicy masala has been added to weaken the character. If it would have been that she accepts that she was betrayed and scared of love, it would have been perfect, instead it was i cannot forget my time with ex-husband and being caught by present husband. The monalisa smile of 'guess whether i love you' could have been avoided, giving hopes and then crashing it with a blanket.It would have been a respectful character if she would have not have cried always on his shoulder, making us believe j's words ' Anandi respect you shares all her worries on your shoulder, but she does not love you'. They could have made her a strong determined woman, not a degraded one.
