Same here... 😊

What added more meaning to it is the way each word of the sonnet was connected & linked by actions, gestures, & emotions felt by the leads. There was symbolism of the minutest details in parts revealed throughout the story... 👏

Especially few lines just don't leave my sub-concious. It's always there lingering ready to come into being on the slightest mention... -

..." I love you as certain dark things are to be loved,
in secret, between the shadow and the soul."

... " where I does not exist, nor you,
so close that your hand on my chest is my hand,
so close that your eyes close as I fall asleep. "

...

I believe you meant to post this ;)

I'm certainly flattered by the number of times NYT shows up in your conversations, but its also a little sad that after all this time I still haven't produced anything that could surmount the memory of my first FF.

Its like first love... unforgettable.. not to be compared to anything else

a deep relationship versus a quick fling😆

at least from our perspective..also your longest piece of work as far as I remember, more than 110 updates, so deserving of the most of our love...

you can be a mother hen and treat all your kids the same but its different for us.

Yes, I did mean this one ... but just couldn't find it even after searching. 😳

NYT was the first I ever read on IF, so holds all the more special place ❤️...

I was just pulled into it more & more. Credit goes to you for that so enchanting & symbolic writing. It is also the one with so many unique mentions & so much so that they were quite impactful

Your explaination of the feeling of HOT CHOCOLATE ( you just didn't leave it there but it was an integral part everywhere throughout the journey), central park, the sonnet, the flea market, two diamonds, the window sitting, music -dance... so many more, you made your readers a part of it all, compelled to feel, live through each moment the leads went through.

Not saying that your other works aren't impactful or not worth to be remembered but yes they can never take NYT place ... I guess it's even special to you, but then they all are your babies & no one can distinguish between the love for each part fo their own, it's quite on par with others...

All your works & writings have been quite worth discussing & have indeed been touching; maybe even more than some moments of NYT but then again it was NYT that set the balll rolling 😉

Be rest assured that each piece you write has it's own worth & uniqueness, only the intensity & depth vary. Also you will always find me there lingering around stalking each of your works... ( you like it or not...😃😳)

Well, its all right. In some ways it comes across that there hasn't been a better piece of writing after that. Then again there hasn't been another completed story to my credit. So...its all fair, I guess.

Awww.. that was not what was meant at all... you should know us better than that..

The polish of PDS, the sweetness of W-O-W, the intrigue of PM here, the cat and mouse of Dear Diary; the hidden passion in Vendetta, the expectancy of Istanbul, the still incomplete journey of Starlight, the absolute madness for Iyer/khurana, the nazakat of Chandni, the wonder of Paheli, the wondering of Noli, the new type of friendship in Palki, forgot the name of ashar/khirad story but the story still undiscovered there, the scenery and characters of Dil Se... should I continue?

If a tale was not woven without a spell that is being cast on us, we would have not been so glued as we are.. Each better than the other so whatever, whenever, wherever, we will be there...just write and if we don't show up PM us and we will be there...😊
