Wow that was... really something...

I'm slightly surprised that there wasn't more resistance or reluctance from Prithvi to take Anandi's help or to hear her story. But at the same time, it makes sense. It also speaks volumes about his fatigue that he hadn't drawn on his anger and had actually let his curiosity show. It's as if the charring of his skin showed him more than his lack of abilities in the kitchen.

But his opening up was just that much more... hmm, painful? no, saddening, almost, when he was jolted out of his curiosity, out of the story. The temporary glimpse of the more acquiescing Prithvi was almost teasing.

And Anandi! I had almost called her plucky the first time I read the story but had hesitated somewhere along the line. But today I can definitely apply that term to her. Man, the girl's got guts! To approach the lion with a story that is no less than a mirror for himself... damn.

My thoughts for the fable itself have not yet taken form and when they do come to me, I'll be back.

Thank you for this, H. I was just as captivated as Prithvi.

Lahari...
Read a while back but could not find time to comment...so now., here I'am...😊
I found the chemistry you brought forth between A & P - extremely endearing...😳
I could sense., the reason for this...In my view..both their Selves are almost on the same frequency in relation to the disappointments they have faced w.r.t 'Love' - and some how., it bought forth a 'resonance' in A...
P is yet to find that...and am' sure., he soon will.
Waiting for the next update of the story as well as the fable...😳

Wow! I loved the tale! And Anandi wanted to know more, why? Does she feel his story similar to hers in some way or it is just her nature? I guess both.
Prithvi is opening up I see. I am also curious to know the last of this tale ;).
Cant wait to read more.
