Sleeping with someone just to oblige them is insulting their love...If Anandi compromises just to please Shiv or to repay his ehsaan she wld be insulting him.
Intimacy shld be frm both sided.
Anandi is not being selfish...for a girl getting intimate with someone is a big step...Anandi is still not comfortable with this thought and its perfectly fine if she needs more time.
She is an adult I am sure she know wat marriage is all abt she wld never expect to remain in a platonic marriage forever thts impractical...She has chosen to marry Shiv means she will fufifll all duties including physical duties evetually...its been just one day let her become more comfortable with him she will come around...
Btw Despo Shiv is just a comical term...we all know Shiv is not being a despo we r just using it as a fun post 😆

I whole-heartedly agree with you. Perhaps today's culture trivializes intimacy so much that people forget what a big deal it is for women. Only thing I would like to respectfully say about your statement which I've highlighted in red is that in my opinion, physical intimacy is not a duty, either for the wife towards husband nor husband towards wife. You pointed out very rightly that it's two-sided. So in that case, I guess neither of them would consider it a duty, but a beautiful joy! :-) I hope I have not offended you. It's just that your use of the word "duty" caught my attention.

other way round if the cvs show that shiv is not at all physically attracted to anandi dat wud be weird too..in most marriages its the man who usually takes the first step..shiv is trying to d same..

but anandi not saying her feelings and trying to escape is really ridiculuos...maybe she has lost her past 6 months memory..shiv now is a complete stanger..

I think shiv wanting intimacy is being portrayed in a weird, not so subtle manner. so it does appear despo type IMO. Maybe CVs should make it sweet advances, not weird ones that scare😆

thts just wrong choice of word I wont say duty rather reaching a comfort level

anandi though not love with shiv right now but i cannot agree with these things that she is selfish towards him ,she is not taking caring of him .she will fall in love with shiv when all rasm will over
