I was provoked into writing this post by the hitler post. I could not read beyond the first three pages -- I felt so sickened by it. I"m sorry if I equated that lot with you all.It was not my intention to do that at all. Nor was it my intention to single anyone out for comment.
Ansh supporters -- I'm one of them -- have to be better than their opponents for the simple reason that we are on the side of two people who not only look great together, but more importantly, they espouse certain values. A and S are principled, dignified and modern and progressive. I like the fact that they are cerebral which is a quality totally absent in teleworld. Just look at the way A answered CM; it was such a well thought out answer. Both Shiv and Anandi think through through their decisions. Had A bristled at CM she'd have been run of the mill. She gently, respectfully turned the knife, which showed how intelligent she is.
All gauri and jag do is shout. That is why I feel ansh supporters should raise the bar. They cannot be evaluated by the same yardstick that is used for people who use gutter language.If we can avoid using certain awfully gender insensitive words, aren't we showing ourselves to be better? Just think of it. Every sexually loaded curse word is aimed at the mother or the sister. That is all I want to say and am sorry if I caused unintended hurt.
