stupid episode

Actually I think the conversation between Sumitra and Anandi served a very important purpose. Anandi shared her fears with Sumitra that she could not share with anyone else - not that she did not trust them but the bond between mother and daughter is something that no one else can duplicate. Anandi needed to talk to Sumitra alone to vocalize her fears of losing the bond that binds her to the Singh family. She came into the family because of Jagya and after the divorce she has no relation with them legally. But Sumitra calms her telling her that threads do not bind them but they are now bound by chains because she is their daughter. The marriage that brought her into the family no longer matters because she is their child now. Anandi needed to hear this from her. 😳

Anandi is also not sure she is doing the right thing and notice how Sumitra reassures her with the doha and tells her that the relationship is beyond repair and it is better to end it now. Anandi will definitely feel lighter and more determined after her conversation with Sumitra. So I do not think this was a filler episode. The CVs know what they are doing and they are in no hurry to end the show. 😆 😆 😆

@Vishwa, no matter what the intention was for this thread, I loved the way Live2laugh articulated the importance of this scene with Sumi. How important today's episode in the whole scheme of things. Hats off to live2laugh.

aaj ka episode bahot hi touchi raha. ek saas maa ban gayi yeh dekhne ki bajay yeh dekho ki ab anandi dheere dheere purane bandhan tod ke chhod ke baahar aa rahi hai. aj ka episode muje bahot hi achcha laga.

i think live2laugh put it most beautifully. This was an good episode and the Cvs are during a remarkable job.

A very good episode. Quite sensible and logical. Just because Shiv came in the show, the CVs can't show Anandi jumping in joy and embrace him right away. Time will have to heal her wounds and it has to take its own time. And the most important thing in mending a girl's broken heart is support from a mother.
