OS: How Dadisa could propose to Shiv ?

After the party all the guests leave, Shiv is getting ready to leave too but Dadisa holds him back saying she wants to talk to him about something. She makes an excuse and sends Anandi off to her room.

Along with B&B DS is downstairs with Shiv.

D: Shiv beta, aap se bahut zaroorat baat karni thi
S: Kahiye Dadiji
D: Stammering not sure how to start, asks 'aaj ki dawat kaisi lagi aapko ?'
S: Smiles and says 'Bohat accha tha. Aur aap log itni mehnat ki meri liye. Thank you so much.'
D: 'Anandi ne tyaari ki thi toh bohat accha hona hi tha. Kuch bhi karegi toh puri mehnat aur lagan ke sath karthi hai chori'.

DS is very proud when she praises Anandi. There is a pause after this..

D: Bohat saha he usne bachpan se. Humari hi galati thi, humne Jagdeesh aur Anandi ka byah bachpan

mein kardi thi.
S: Haan jaanta hoon main woh baat. Bohat takat hain Anandiji mein. Agar koyi aur hota toh toot jata shayad.
D: Haan.. Ab Bas uski zindagi bas jaye. Isse aur kuch nahi chahiye hume.' Usne ek lakshya bana dali hai apni zindagi me. Samaj seva. bohat accha kam hain. Lekin aise akeli kitne aur din rahegi ? hum toh puri zindagi uske saath nahi hoege. Use bhi ek jeevan sathi ki zarrorat hain..
S: nods in agreement.
D: hum soch rahe hai uski doosri byah karade...
S: Shocked to hear D's words. He does not know whether to feel happy or sad at that moment.
D: aapka kya vichar hai ?
S: Is still shocked by D's words. After few seconds, Acchi baat hai. Unhe koi bhi pasand karlega.
D: Haan Haan bohat sare chore pasand karenge humari chori ko ... Pauses.."Aap shaadi karenge humari anandi se" ?

B&B have their hearts in their mouths when DS says this.

S: Is further shocked. Does not know what to say. He is stammering for words..
D: Itni jaldi bolneki koi zaroorat nahi. Aap socho,apni parivar se baat kar lo aur phir hume

batao.
S: He is still shocked. To prevent any further embarrasment he just nods and gets up to leave immidiately.

Shiv in bed thinking about D's proposal. He does not know what he is feeling. He is defintiely not sad but he is not sure whether he loves her or not. He remembers all their previous encounters and smiles. He remembers Ashi commenting on how Anandi passed his 'check list' for being his wife. He smiles at that thought. He wonders if Anandi loves him ? Does she know about this proposal ? Since it came from her family she might know. Is this love or just some attraction ? Will my family accept anandi? Will I have to convince them ? What? Did I just say convince ? Am I convinced in the first place ? Oh god ! I am so confused. 😕

Aww, that was cute 😳 And a thousand times more realistic than screaming a proposal to him in the middle of a bunch of dhol noise in front of a load of villagers 🤢 Ah well... I still have enough faith in the CVs to hope they'll pull this nutty new track off...
