Shiv's words to A today have truly been therapeutic to her to start the healing process. Its unfortunate how this girl right from childhood was always in a rat race to please first her in-laws, be the perfect bahu and then constantly please her husband who never found her worthy. Some where down the line the innocence and free spirit of that chirpy, confident and bright girl just vanished in thin air and what was left was this girl who had every thing that others wanted in her but somewhere lost her true self totally. I hope Shiv's entry brings back the self confidence and self esteem that she had and make her believe that she can also live for herself too, do things to make herself happy as well and finally re believe in love and marital ties.

Very well written Antara, one of the rare post, where anyone tried to understand and explain a positive character'sentiment, feeling and trying to dive inside, otherwise people only try to understand and dive deeep in the heart of negative character. 😉 As if only negative character can feel TRAUMA😆

hi mine FIRST post in BV only cos of anandi shivraj. 😃 me gone crazy for couple. Love this post from woman11 & all other also v lovely discussions so think of posting cannot stop myself hope u all like 😊 i think first time anandi hear something nice about her & also only of her pain shiv is first person spk of her pain to her & see it apart from sumitra & bhairo but they talk in position of parents shiv is new person & neutral & more than shiv is something jagya waned to be like from city & smart & all & i think so what he tell anandi is more impact on her cos he being non villager see so many quality in her.
I also think not only heal her pain but shiv also got big task of making her dream of woman again like all woman who dream of love & want to have such dream & hope. Jagya killed so much inside anandi shiv has to make it alive again after healing & may be while healing only she will start believe herself again like a woman & have same desire for life like b4. It is so nice that anandi tell shiv today how it was need that somebody tel her what shiv told & she tell him that he understand her pain which is v big thing, anandi aceptng that & open her heart to shiv. I think she gave v direct aceptng of shiv healing her & she like the protection shiv encouragement given her, se will surely fall in love with shiv. Me too can't wait for her to call him by name & see her own self like a v beautiful & worth person.
I m big fan of LTL & in that show naku call Dutta saab & v got v cute scene of D tell N to take his name & she dint cos of shy feeling lol. Will wait to see how anandi start calling her saab shiv 😉

Yes, anandi for the first time has achieved alignment with who she really is.

With Jagya, she always had to "do" something to be good enough ...and unfortunately, no matter what she "did" it was never good enough ... so she always felt the gap between who she was and whom she thought she could be. What could she do? what could she do? Could she pass her 10th. yes, but still not good enough for him. Could she earn first rank, still not good enough for him. Could she learn english ...yes, but still not good enough for him. Could she win a trophy...to show him she is indeed worthy. Yes, but still not good enough for him.

And here comes shiv and tells her she doesn't have to "do" anything to be worthy in his eyes. She can just "be".

and she realizes for the first time that she is not a human doing but a human being.

He likes her for who she is just as she is. He doesnt even want a slightly 'better' version of her. Not anandi with christmas lights. Not anandi who is two shades fairer or who has two more academic degrees.

She can just exhale now and yes, there is no more gap between who she is and who she wants to be.

She has realized she is enough. Just as she is. In this time and in this space.

And the sum total of her experiences is something that shiv accepts just as it is. Not wishing something could be different or altered.

It's such a relief when that happens.

She has indeed met herself. There is no gap to fill anymore between who she currently is and whom she must become in order for someone to love her or accept her.
