But yes, no one should use a harsh word against the fathers of such girls. No they should not, such people should be lynched and publicly stoned. Maybe one such stoning in every village and we would be successful in eradicating the evil of child marriages altogether.

Would you really know what is best for your child? From the tenor of your post I doubt it. You seem to be of the opinion that children are "property" of the parent/guardian to be treated at the whims and fancies of their caretakers. it is enough to feed, clothe and provide a roof over the child's head, and to hell with taking care of its growth, nurturing, education and future.

Children my dear are not animals, one takes better care of pets than the examples you've chosen to give for ideal parenthood.

A man says am providing money to u, the comp, phone , tv or the rice , sugar or aata , but thats not what a child needs. not only a child. but a family doesnt need this.
there are families living on the road happier than some families who have all the facilities available. am not trying to be a feminist here but omfg, am pissed 😆

mujhe to jyoti ke parents mein koi majboori nahi lagi.are jyoti parents about to die ki isse pehle hum dono swarg sidhaar jaayen to iski shaadi jaldi kar do ya phir koi finacial problem thi.aur kul woh maafi maang rahe the to isse saaf pata chalta hai ki unki koi majboori nahi warna kyon nahi bataaya unki kya majboori thi.khuch log hote hi aise hain unhe jitna bataao ki yeh kaam karne se kisi ko takleef ho sakti hai pur phir bhi woh kaam jaanbhuj kur karenge

nirvanlove tabhi to maine kaha tha ki anandi ki jagah het singh ki taraf jo khada tha usko sarpanch bana dete .woh to pukka majboori samjhta aur agar nahi bhi hoti to bhi shaadi hone deta .anandi accha kaam karke uska scandal ho raha hai

But on a serious note, just because someone is doing something doesnt mean we should refrain from criticism does it? Maybe there are ways for reshaping processes for efficiency ... or maybe it provides a revelation for doing things differently in the future.

But I'm not responding to the 20 odd pages, I'm responding to the first post, and it would be impossible for me to go through 20 odd pages of arguments and answer each one on its own merit without appearing to have a personal vendetta motive against you.

I read through the entire post and saw no personal attacks till the last line, by which time admittedly I was incensed. I have responded to your post point by point with specific reasoning as to why I find that point facile. And I do. No intention to get into mud-slinging.

I follow the serial and missed the last two days of it, and came to the forum to catch up on the written updates. This thread caught my attention because of its title and I thought I was finally getting into a meaningful discussion other than the perpetual A vs. G debate that seems to be raging here. Would gladly go through the entire thread and respond to each objectionable point separately, if and only if I'm not later accused of targeting people.
