How much do CV's want to justify Jagiya in name of male ego? Even today in the voiceover they said the same!! But I think there is a limit to which a male ego can be fed. I may not agree with Gauri's earlier behaviour, but now I think J too has to grow up!! He has got a new job,( unfortunately on wrong belief that it is because of his capability 😆😆) but instead of thinking of preserving it, he wants to screw it up.😡 He is more concerned with what people are going to think about him. 😲 Mr Jagat think more on how it will be when you are unemployed? And where was this male ego when he asked for money from Gauri?
What any woman can do in such a situation? Forget for a second it is Gauri. There has to be some maturity from male side too. A woman should never excel, because it will hurt male ego! I don't think any amount of patience can help here? Even if he was with Anandi, he would have been feeling miserable under her success. The best solution is never get married to such immature men. EGO EGO EGO! I donot agree with CV's logic.
And another thing, how important Gauri has become in this 1 month. She has so much experience that she can teach J? Forget J, she has 3-4 assistants!! 🤣🤣

Cvs have gone pagal.
She is a junior herself! lol

anywayzz... she is MS and the other junior doctors are MBBS. I do not know how the Medical profession in India works. LOL This is strange to me.

Anywayzz.. I think the cvs are not trying to defend jagat but stating the fact that men like jagya ONLY think about their own ego. and when women start to excel it hurts their ego.

I do nto think they are agreeing to his behavior

No No I didn't mean agreeing. I meant they want to give his ego as a reason for his behaviour. When male ego gets hurt he can't see what is right or wrong! Not today's voiceover. This was when G got a job at SNG. Even today they said something similar! But I think it is total immaturity on his part. How much a woman can humour someone's false ego to avoid such a situation?
(By saying false ego I didn't mean to imply worthlessness, but there is a limit to nakharas)

I don't think that the Cvs are justifying J's ego. I think they are just highlighting this problem that many men have and the consequences it has on the person's personal life.

I was also wondering about the same thing regarding G having 3 assistants. She was assisting and learning from another doc just recently and now she is an expert already? Well we don't know how long she has been working in the hospital to make a right assumption but out of curiosity does the medical world in India work like this?

Its not just 3 assistants, the senoir doctor who appointed J was like she is sooo professional. I fell out of my chair. "huh, and here we say BV has a slow pace! Certainly not for Gauri. ek mahine me madam kahan se kahan poonch gayi 🤣".

I little bit disagree with you views
For the red one..For the red one. She could have not stoped Jagat to talk to HR. second She has given a reason, that his impression will be going for toss if he would ask immediate transfer.. This will not get down, from throught of working people, who knows policies...
First she says: You have not yet joined completely... THis is never the case. The moment he reported this morning , he joined completely.. If he want to resign now he need to go through the process of resignation. It means his joining is complete.
Asking transfer for a sensitive matter like this, is always taken a consideration. HR will not only consider the request of transer, S/He would do it on immediate basis.
Third : Not only Jagat, She would have herself requested for transfer of her husband tosome other senior doctor.. Her request would be given immediate consideration. as it is personnel issue, which may impact productivity of team...
Fourth: Starting uder his wife, and then shifting to another doctor, every body would have known The coplexities of their relation. It is better if he start under other doctor, No personnel life will come infront and in work...
If Gauri does not wnat to transfer Jagat, even then if Jagya apply for the transfer, Jagya may be in trouble. as gauri is her assigned senior.
Now jagya want transfer, But Gauri brainwashed him. if Jagya still initiate the transfer process, He may get in trouble. But Gauri is not in Bechari condition. She may initiate the transfer. this would save their personneland professional lives..

Most of the men have this ego. I have seen otherwise as well.. and mostly wives will also encourage this factor.

Jagya's since childhood was brought up with this attitude .. Even when he was wrong it was Anandi who had to surrender since he was Beend. Education opens ones mind but childhood upbringing has huge role in overall character development. Appreciating the better one. Accepting your own flaws. I would blame Dadisa also to inculcate such behavior in Jagya up to some extent.

Post graduation matters. MBAs join as manager ( Generally) since they spent 2 years learning to do that and they have people under them. similarly in each profession education years matter to attain seniority. No doubt she is a lot more professional than Jagat. In middle all these problems she has still completed her studies. I agree that she is a fresher but she will not spent the same time to go up the ladder as MBBS will. she will be trained by her senior docs to manage the juniors.

btw .. I have to say that, the reason why Gauri stopped Jagat from going to the HR is cause, Jagat does not know SHE recommended him to the post. THe HR knows that Gauri recommended and they probably know that he is her husband.

So she didn't want that factor to be disclosed.
