i know and i agree
they are one of the worst people in a society who ditches their parents and their life partner
but i dont know why , i find it a lil too strng THOUGH i am one of the most vocal people against homewreckers or something else for that matter.

To me, bas***d is a much, much stronger word because it is actually derogatory to a child whose parents made the mistake, plus in this case it is also inaccurate. So ''mistress'' for me makes much more sense than that word which also carries extremely negative connotations.

considering the same words which i feel are too strong, others differ with some other word

so basically it tones down to perceptions more than anything..

Personally I would assassinate(not physical) my husband if he would marry to another female after being all these years with me. clause is if we can't work our relationship and parted ways I won't even tuck my head to find his whereabouts. But once he cheats me, i will just make sure he will tremble even in his sleep to think so.

If that second's of his has no knowledge about my existence I might forgive her and let her walk away. But if she knows we are married and still got into a relationship with him, I will break hell loose for her as well. I will show her what a wife can do!

I love anandi's character for her patience and values that doesn't mean i will do the same. In real world no wife will tolerate a Mistress who plunder's her house. In real life if this same happens to you , will you still like her and support her. I bet marriage is no game and such things have 0% tolerance.

speaking by my little experience, we think or atleast i did that if something of that sort happens to me i will kill that person(physically) and honestly i cudnt do anything though not the same circumstancesss

Exactly. So you may certainly avoid the word mistress, according to your perception. I find this word quite apropos to the situation. But this thread was requesting others not to use that word. I did find it rather presumptuous to claim that using a word which is not a swear word is somehow wrong morally, or immature.

I don't wear sindhoor nor mangalsutra, most of the times dont even wear my wedding ring! Does that make me less married? Will it make me an unmarried girl?
