Our newspaper has joined in collaboration with Mumbai's famous newspaper Mumbai Karnama, so we will be bringing you news from both Jetsar and Mumbai.

Jagat gets an award from Dukh Sagar Bar

The Dukh Sagar bar, which is located in the heart of Mumbai has been serving its sad and depressed customers for years. The specialty of the bar is its soothing ambience for sad souls, fellow dukhiyaras with whom you can share your dukh and caring waiters who tell you to stop drinking, with care and concern just like a mother. The bar also honors its most dukhi customers every month and offers them free drinks for a month. The "dukhiyara of the month" for April goes to Jagat Singh, ex-student of Charak Medical College, who has been unanimously voted as the most enthusiastic customer of the bar. We spoke to the waiter, Sharab Lal, who serves Jagat frequently, "Jagat Sir is my favorite customer here. He comes during any time of the day---morning, afternoon, evening. And whenever he comes here, he always drinks over limit and never disappoints my boss. Also, since he can hardly see anything in his talli state, I write him whatever check I want, and he pays without any fuss. Moreover, his golden words to me "repeat" has become the theme song of the bar". He played the song for us:

Gam ka pyala abhi khali hai

Waiter Repeat

Pao abhi steady hai

Waiter Repeat

Talli hona baki hai

Waiter Repeat, repeat, repeat

The manager of the bar is however, all praises for Mr.Jagat's "most understanding wife" Gauridevi: "I have never seen such an understanding wife like Mr.Jagat's wife---she never interferes in her man's freedom. All the other customers can't drink in peace because their wives stop them from coming and call them and drag them out of the bar. However, Gauridevi has never interrupted Jagatji's drinking. Not only that, I have also heard she doesn't even shout and lovingly offers water when Jagatji returns home in a drunken state and understands his dukh so well. She is ideal wife a talli can have, I wish my wife was like her", said the manager with a sigh. Seeing Gauridevi's immense contribution to Jagat's success as a talli-man, the Dukh Sagar Bar has also decided to honor Gauri with the title The most understanding Mrs. Talli. The felicitation ceremony is to happen tomorrow at the bar with all its loyal customers. Invitation is open.

Your collaborator Mumbai Karnaama has been spreading some very confusing stories here in Mumbai. Can you enlighten us on some conflicting sad stories from that paper? For instance, all along they have been claiming that single most 'torment' in their life has been the 'ill will' of Anandi. That she is a master manipulator and has always been plotting to pluck Jagya away from Gauri- as complained not only by Gauri, but also by Mr. Jagat. Then why is Mr. Jagat feeling so sad, now that she has broken clean from their life? What is the cause of grief?... At dukhsagar bar Mr. Jagat has been distinctly heard lamenting Anandi's 'dare' to move away from him, then what is this later report about his neat deflection in front of 'understanding' Gauri? That it was his family, he was missing?!... Now this brings to another confusion, who has left whom? Was there not a report from Jetsar that Jagatsa had defied and cautioned his father/elders/family not to interfere in his life? Then what claim he is now asserting over their adoration-or lack of it? Truly confused at one-sided reporting over these great people. Please help.

very good reporting...I am going to subscribe to this paper immediately...please include a religious section also for ardent devotees of Gawari mata like me 😉

It'll be good to read her bhajans and sermons early morning...All devotees of Gawari mata offer their insecurity prayers and prasad of pizza then start their day.

It'll be gr8 if we can get regular dose of Gawari mata...I have even thought of the column name...like "speaking tree" we can have "shouting Gawari" column :)

While at bar jagaat never once thought of his family but when he went home he said he drank coz he is sad his family don't care him.🤢

Can you please devote a column for this gadha so that one member a day can use all their frustration on him in that column. like papers now a days do lot to get the stress level of their readers low . So similarly one for jagaaat please
