At the end of the previous episode when Ram in his cabin was thinking about Vedika’s words, he asked himself “main kya chahta hoon”. I think that was lame. He still doesnt know what/who he wants?

We thought Ram had become, in the days following the accident, crystal clear in his mind that he loved Priya & wanted a real marriage with her forever. At that stage he still wasn’t sure about Pri’s feelings, yet he was clear that he wanted her. So clearly he was not weighing whether or not to settle for unrequited love again.

So how come Vedika’s indecent proposal has made him question what he wants?

I absolutely disliked the cabin monologue scene. I think the monologue should have been about how his feelings had undergone such a sea change & how he sees Vedika in a new light.

Another imp thing - while Ram was curt with Vedika in the latest episode & asked her to move out, he still has not verbally rejected her proposal. This will leave the door open in her mind, and possibly his too. The tantalising notion of what if has not been squashed.

Again Ram is repeating his mistake of not using clear verbal clarification. He did not do it with Priya - retracting his no love condition. He is not doing it with Vedika - rejecting the possibility of ever getting back together.
This is going to cost him dear!

Its already a ultimate rejection its just that he is too polite and now he gets to know from Akki that kangan was found with Vedika he will connect dots

We have one more scene left which is again desperate measures of Vedika for asking a 2nd chance. We might get a good reply by Ram to her and since she was rejected she will play her next card that is telling Priya the truth

Coming to cutting ties with V, he did that today. He was NOT curt enough, yes. He still thinks if she leaves KM, she will get his hint. But, what he doesn’t know is that she is DESPERATE. Ram has still NOT addressed the issue, and this is where N-V is taking advantage. He will do once and for all, only when Pri will come to know.

Until and unless it attacks his home, he will NOT be aggressive. Ram needs to feel the ground SHIFT beneath him so much so that he would feel lifeless. Then only once Pri comes to know, you will witness a different Ram. Only Pri can make him see and break the illusion. I always said we need the 'asphyxiated fish' in Ram.

If you get all the answers soon, phir toh serial bandh ho jayega.

I think there was a lot unsaid, he did not clearly turn down the proposal but actions speak louder than words… I don’t think he minced anything is giving a clear signal to Vedika that he did not like the proposal bit…

As Mages said - he cut her to say she is a friend and not family

He warned her especially to say no one questions or insults Akki

Berated her in no simple way to say she cannot compare herself with Priya… the comparison itself is incorrect.. it was more to express the fact that he did not like what she said yesterday.

The problem as Doodle said: is he still does not know he is dealing with a vile and desperate character. Hence the subtle yet assertive response. The clear and harsher response will come once it affects Pri… or he senses what this vile lady was up to all this time.

The FB when he goes back to the room was because he is still unable to deal with the proposal cannot fathom how could she even say that… it has disturbed him.

The monologue in the Office… is a internal conflict which one can go into… especially when someone you called the love of your life… scrapes the past and takes you back to that point. His realisation was abrupt, no internal conflict or even questioning himself that how was he over it… I think it was needed for him to reflect… what does he really want… until a few months ago he wanted the vile Viper but now it is Priya.. who may not reciprocate what he feels for her. I don’t think he doubted his love for Priya… it’s just that the interaction with Vedika was unexpected and incomprehensible for him… hence the monologue.

The interaction with Priya was also curt… as he was maintaining his distance and in Priya’s words did not want to drift any further to save himself if the hurt. Also, he was respecting her decision and kept it cordial.

Agree, with no direct rejection & not coming out clear to Pri is going to cost him dear for sure. Pri will misconstrue this as a action out of his responsibility towards their marriage.

Velli will still continue undeterred as some shameless people need a clear in the face reaction… they cannot read the wrong on the wall.

Unfortunately, this is CV’s way of moving in circles. How I wish this was a finite series with no burden to go on endlessly.

Vedika character is not over yet.....as her true self is yet to be opened in front of Ram. So don't expect Ram to confront her now. To my understanding that will be done by Priya later when she will realise and accept that she loves Ram.

This will happen once Vedika plays her last dirty game but will not succeed.

Priya's character progression will happen first. Her trust issue will be resolved before the exposure.

I thought about this for quite some time yesterday. This creature is not even worth the word "woman". As terrible as Shashi is, he is her husband and the first thing she had to do was to support him, and then find out what was happening, why and if it was his fault. You, useless, did not live under his protection for a day or two, ate his bread and did not worry where it came from, and now, when there is no money, this unpretentious remembered the former, whom she exchanged for a full wallet.

Thank God, who was smart enough to think about what was happening, she dug her own grave with deeds and speeches, there is nothing to say about Priya, Ram should turn to his wife for a minute and everything will become completely clear about Vedika. Because there is a gap between them.
