My logical explanation - Vedika has seen that Ram and Priya were at loggerheads, so she thought that Ram will come to her for comfort. Hence she is prepared.

Ram was not in his senses because after entering the room, he asked where Priya was and whether she has decorated the room. So in his mind, it is still his bedroom

He might have come to meet shivi as nobody was letting him meet her

Idk why but I don't think Nandini is murdering or harming people physically types villian. She just wants Priya out of her house not out of this world. Moreover harming Priya would never serve her purpose. I mean she doesn't seem to want to murder Priya. So just injuring her would just get Priya more symathy from everyone which she doesn't want. Bri is literally the kind of friend anyone would kill to have😆 Just shows how much she cares for Ram. Ram may not have a great family but he does have gem of friends especially Bri❤️ She just always has his back. The way she entered yesterday I was so eagerly waiting for her to execute her plan and Bam!! Kya popat kia Vedika ka🤣 sometimes I like her even more than PriRa because she is someone jo har kisi ke rag rag se wakif hai❤️
