Actually the reason is Ram n Priya look way more committed for their marriage than Akki-Shivina. That’s why everyone is trying to break them instead these young lads to serve their own purposes.

and given the amount of medicine he takes, how come none of his friends is a doctor on call? 😆 that would make more sense if adi is a doctor, that kunal friend looks too young to study medicine , so he can be a nurse and the divorced unshaved fella what is his name, mukul? he can be the physiotherapist? fellow patient? after all, none of these freinds seem to have real jobs. so maybe they are all hospital buddies that he met and became friends 😉
