Ram still does not know Mahendar's story

While I loved Meera and Ram's meeting- I am not sure, instead of going on and on about Priya's hurt, why didn't she just clearly put forth their life story 😐

So Ram knows Priya is caustic because she is hurt, but still doesn't know how twisted Mahendar Sood or his other family is.

Had he known the story, Ram could have put forth a stronger argument to Nandini(Is that his mom's name 😆 Sorry, keep forgetting), and could have smelt a rat on the loan issue.

I know these topics are extremely painful, but Meera is giving her daughter away to a stranger- it would be good for him to know the truth, clear as crystal, so that there is no room for misinterpretation.

If I understand correctly, Nandini is also asking exactly this 🤷‍♀️ Why is Meera playing this cloak and dagger game? Ram and Priya might not be taking this marriage seriously (they wish), but for the parents, it is a proper alliance. Meera seems careless to me based on the last few episodes. She had so many opportunities to clarify her situation, yet she is being so gol gol on the topic.

Yes exactly. I agree. But I feel both mother and daughter are both not clarifying the situation. In fact I feel its Priya who should do this. For the last few episodes she has been telling she has to tell Ram abt Mahendra Sood but not coming forth. Finally she is responsible for everything because shes an adult and she is the one who is marrying. Ram getting to know abt things from others and mis understanding - oh this is so damn old story -🤦typical itv types! I guess the Mahendra Sood wala truth will come out before the wedding.

But the same with Ram as well ain't? His story with Vedika is also not known to Priya. So I guess that's equalizer! I am sure this will become point of contention for both post marriage.

True I gues both should come out in the open.

But I guess on Ram's end, Ram is not aware that Vedu or Sashi are actively trying to sabotage his wedding.

But Priya and Meera know that Mahendar Sood is capable of stirring trouble. So keeping immediate issues in mind, clarifying about Mahendar Sood is more important.

I think the Vedu issue will blow up anyways at a later point- either when Sashi's truth comes out or if Priya falls in love with Ram, who continues to love Vedu 😵‍💫

Agreed. In the cafe scene I was hoping that meera discloses about her ex and shares those issues.

That cafe scene between Meera and Ram achieved nothing from my perspective - May be some motherly bonding between meera and Ram. Practically at this point, Meera should be thinking about clearing the MU, explaining the dynamics of her broken marriage and her ex-s 2nd family and keep her daughter protected from unnecessary misunderstandings post marriage. But she ain't doing that. She shud be practical and talk things out rather than speaking in circles, shes hurt and its suppressed etc etc. Pls talk out aloud why she is hurt, angry - who hurt what happened etc etc!!

i agree Meera should tell actual story insted of Priya's hurt. I know it was also needed but first Ram should know the actual truth first.

My guess is that it will be Priya who will tell and reveal to Ram about Mahendra Sood's story..According to me Priya telling Ram makes more sense.. Right now Ram is aware of Priya's deeply hidden hurt and later when she will trust him enough to share her reason of hurt with him, he will listen to her patiently and be her silent pillar of strength and shoulder to lean on... Basically when Priya will tell Ram the truth, he will be right there for her! And this is why maybe they didn't show Meera telling Ram the actual truth, rather they just addressed Priya ka dard..

See if Meera had told Ram, it would just be information for him, he would have been made aware of and maybe he would have sympathized with Priya... But later on if and when Priya herself tells Ram the story behind her pain, at that time he can firsthand witness her hurt, console her, be there for her and get angry at Mahendra on behalf of her.. That Priya telling Ram scene will evoke and stir a different kind of turmoil and feelings in Ram..

Even I want to see how Ram will be made aware of the truth!!
