Suddenly why Ram is beahving so strange and wierd with Priya and the way he was talking with Jeffery the cook i thought he need some type of assurance whether he is good person or not. Between story is going great continue soon and thanx for the pm...

RAYA SS - A Simple Wish Part 13

RECAP :

" I am going to spend the day with you..." Ram replied with a gleam in his eyes...
Priya's mind again went to last night...but seeing him smile she also wanted to smile... she thought "May be a new start to a new morning..."

PART 13

As they were having their breakfast..Ram was busy in is Blackberry..while Priya...relishing on the fruit salad and studying the sweet smile on Ram's face...

Just then her cell phone rang...the name of the screen light her face... She left the spoon in the bowl and received the call...

Ram heard one side conversation...

"Hello Aunty..."

"I am fine.."

"Yeah..just at the breakfast table.."

"He is also there"...she looked at Ram...Ram also looked back at her...his brows twitched at the mention of his name... she mimed Eli Aunty' Ram nodded his head and went back to his BlackBerry..

"okay aunty..will be waiting..love you"

She disconnected the phone...

"So your uncle and aunt..are coming...here.." Ram enquired looking straight at her...

"hmm" she replied..with a mouth full of salad...

The breakfast silently finished...as they were about to leave the table...Priya was greeted by the ever lively couple...Mr.and Mrs.Fredrickson...

Priya almost sprinted towards her...and the elderly women enveloped her in her embrace...and kissed her forehead...

Priya was then welcomed by the open arms of her uncle...he almost crushed her...patted her gently on the head and kissed her forehead...

Ram who was standing afar... was witnessing the all this and the excitement...in Priya...

As Aunt Eli approached him..she gave him warm hug and patted softly at his cheeks...Ram's face busted into a beam he always missed this motherly affection...

Priya walked upto Ram with her hands locked around Carl's arms...Ram extended his hand to greet him..

Carl removed his hat and scrutinized Ram full length...Ram was again feeling nervous like the first time he meet Carl...

Priya and Eli were enjoying this and trying to suppress the giggle...

Carl scrutinized him once more...Ram just stood there with is extended hand...finding it difficult even to gulp down the lump formed in his throat...

But suddenly to Ram's surprise Carl embraced him tightly... and all busted into a laughter...

"You need not be afraid of me anymore son..." Carl winked at him and shook hands...

Ram scratched his temple in embarrassment...Priya could just look at this sight of his cute face whole day long...

Ram then decided to escort them to Priya's room..followed by Jeffery with the belongings of Priya...

While in the room Priya sat on the bed...beside Aunt Eli...who was trying to know more about Priya and Ram relations...but Priya kept back what happened yesterday night...she was quietly listening to Eli's motherly talk as she stroked her hands... she could only hear... "Give your relationship time Priya... love does not grow overnight dear..." and she patted her slowly...

Priya agreed gently and looked at Ram...who was talking to Carl...he had his hands folded over his chest...but the expression was slight unreadable...he was trying...to understand what uncle was saying...and also trying to reason his own feelings...

He bowed his head slightly...looking down and weighing his feeling and then...agreed by nodding...He also looked at Priya...they shared an eyelock...

"We shall leave you kids alone..." Carl patted on Ram's shoulder...which brought him back to reality...

Eli kissed them both on the forehead...blessing them...Carl also wished them well...

After seeing her Uncle and Aunt..Priya was back in her..room...sitting on the bed...her bag was by the side of the bed...

She was thinking of the circumstance...but all seemed so blurred... she thought of arranging her dresses to give herself some time to let go...

She had her back to the closet...and was suddenly taken aback by seeing Ram behind her...He held out few of her dresses...

"Here you go..." Ram stretched his hand towards her...

"Thankyou..." She softly looked at him and took the dresses...

"Oh what's this..." Ram picked up a silver box lying in between the dresses...

Priya turned hastily...and almost snatched the box...

"Woh okay...I understand its special it seems..." He had his hands up in the air...as in to say I surrender..with a mischievous grin...as he recognized the box...

It was the same harmonica he gifted it to her on her birthday...

"Don't toy with it...its very special to me..." Priya held it close to her heart...there was a hint of possessiveness in her voice...but she then tried to cover laughing along with Ram...

"One lucky box that is..." Ram continued to help her

"Yes sure it is..." rest Priya mimed to herself by someone special'...Placing it carefully in one of the drawers...they resumed arranging of dresses...

"So now what shall we do..." Ram rubbed his palms...and clasped them together...as Priya hanged the final dress...

She looked straight at him... How about finishing the kiss you started yesterday night' her conscious boomed in her head...

She flushed remembering his touch on her skin..but was then brought back to reality with the flashes of those jet black cloudy eyes...

Ram studied this...and arched his brows... "What happened you okay" he held her by her shoulder...
"Yup I am fine Ram..." And she was back in her jovial...humor... "Shall we watch FRIENDS...I love that show..." she fished her CD bag and handed him the cases...

"Make yourself comfortable I will set it...and also ask Jeffery to get some things to much.."taking the CD Ram walked towards the home theater system...

Priya's conscious was standing with grumpy mood..its arms crossed over her chest... like what are you thinking..FRIENDS...do you have some plan to push him to the friend zone...' making a lovey dovey face her conscious again started should have asked for some romantic movies like Sweet November...or Notting Hill...but no you are dumb...FRIENDS..' and it smacked it head...

"Will you shut up...I just want to be by his side...and not push him into something which will hurt him...okay"...She shook her head...

Ram saw her that way and her eyes were close stringently...almost making the veins visible...

"Priya are you sure you are fine...because you don't look fine...you are again pale...you should better rest...we can watch it later..." as he came and stood infront of her...

"No Ram I am fine...I would love to spend the time with you..." She took the remote for his hands and pulled him towards the bed...
