Neha was enjoying Nuts words where as Priya was embarrassed.

P: Goddd what are these gals upto? And what am upto? Did really Nuts understand what happened between us? Ram aap na.. Priya thought.

Neha patted her shoulder and said, its okay, bade bade deshon meon aisi choti choti baatein hote rehte hain. Lage raho.. she chuckled and went inside humming "Raat ka nasha abhi aankh se gaya nahi"..

Priya tapped on her forehead thinking kisse panga le rahi hoon main.

Priya was waiting for Ram's call or message but he was in OT with back to back emergency cases so his breaks were very minimal and very short. He didnt get time to think about anything else even about Priya.

Priya very well knew he might be damn busy still her heart was aching for his message. Her heartbeats were erratic and loud. She was feeling irritated as she didnt get his call.

The whole evening Priya was so off mood as she was thinking about Ram and every now and then was peeping at her mobile screen. It was dinner time and she was not eating properly. Her fingers were meddling with food while her eyes were focused on her mobile.

Ne: I think if some one calls us the mobile will ring but not if we keep staring at it.

Priya got so angry and gave a stare to Neha.

Ne: Oh, now you are getting angry with me too. Good very good. Am hurt okay, am very badly hurt.

Priya felt bad when Neha said like that. Am sorry yaar, I was so out of mood and I dunno but am scared, so I got angry.

Ne: Common baby, he will be busy. You know that. And all these days he was with you for max time, so the cases might be pooled up. You know that na.

P: Haan, phir bhi.

Ne: Hmmm.. hota hain. Aakhir ye sama, sama hain ye pyaar ka, kisike intezaar ka.

P: (Seriously)Will you stop singing those stupid songs.

Ne: NO NO NO, I wont.. Na na karte pyaar oye main kar gayi kar gayi kar gayi.

P: NEHA...

Ne: Tum dil ki dhadkan mein rehte ho..rehte ho...

P: You are crazy okay, am going.

Ne: Haan jao. If you wont eat, I will not allow fatty to come home anytime.

P: Gooddd, how you are blackmailing.

Ne: Yeah, I am and I will. So now sit and eat chup chap.

Priya smiled for her pagalpan and ate her dinner slowly. They both finished dinner and Neha asked Priya that they will go for a walk. Priya agreed for it. Neha cleaned up everything and they got down and had a walk in the lawn. Neha was playing silly jokes for which Priya was smiling all the while.

They came back after half an hour and Priya before retiring to bed hugged Neha and said Thanks yaar.

Ne: Anytime buddy.

Now that Priya was feeling better, she gave a message to Ram, missed you and missing you, remembered his face and went to bed with a smile. Ram finished with his cases around 1am and then he rushed to home. He checked his mobile and got a smile as he found Priya's message. He had an urge to drive to Priya's flat but he controlled his feelings and dropped a message to Priya as he didnt want her to wake up from sleep.

He reached home, changed and went to bed thinking about Priya, he was wondering how easily and how soon he fell head over heels in love with Priya.. he was feeling like a teenager.. he wanted to tease her, play with her, hug her and now, wanted to kiss those sweet strawberry lips again and again.

He got a smile for his own thoughts. Awww the kiss he thought it was the best ever taste in the world and Priya is the best ever thing happened in his life. "She is my angel. I cant breath with out her. I love you my angel."

He took his mobile and typed a text "Goodnight my angel, I so wanna comfort you in my arms. I wanna begin my days and end my nights with you. LOVE YOU sweet heart. Missing you terribly. You are missing me na, close your eyes you will find me in yourself, am doing the same meri jaan. Sleepwell and wake up with your radiant smile." He sent it to Priya and rested for the night.

The next morning Priya received a bouquet from Ram with a message that he was sorry for not being able to meet her and for next two days he will be busy. The happiness she had seeing his sms was lost when she saw that message. She suppressed her tears with much difficulty.

Neha saw that bouquet and message but she didnt comment any. She tried to cheer her up but she failed to do that.

When door bell rang Neha went to open the door and Nuts was there at the door step.

Nu: Goodmorning Neha. Priya ab kaisi hain.

Ne: Goodmorning buddy. Aapke bhai ke liye sad sad hain.

Nu: Aww, why? Missing him.?

Ne: Obviously. Chalo am getting late. Will leave now. Breakfast ready hain. Make her eat please.

Nu: Dont worry I will take care of her.

Ne: I did my job. Hope she will be fine now.

Nu: What u did?

Neha whispered to Nuts and Nuts got an instant smile. Both hi fived each other.

Nuts went to Priya and greeted her. Priya was roaming around with tears in her eyes but when she saw Nuts she adorned a smile and hugged her.

Nu: Chalo breakfast karte hain.

P: Hmmm, am not hungry. But will give company to you.

Both sat at the table and Priya wasnt even in her own mind so her eating was. The TV was running but Priya didnt even mind about it. She wasnt even having her breakfast properly.

Doorbell rang at the same time and Nuts told Priya the same so Priya went to open the door.

Priya opened the door and stood there while tears were running down her cheeks.
In the TV the song was playing..
Dil ki dhadkan badhthi jaye saamne jab woh aaye..
Pyaar isse hi kehte hai kya, koi mujhe samjhaye...
Bade acche lagte hain...

There stood the man with his broad smile at the door step with his dashing attitude and seeing tears in Priya's eyes Ram rushed in and said "Oh my baby, why are you crying? For me!!! You shouldn't, Come." He spread his arms and Priya lunged into them without hesitation.

R: Itna miss kar rahi ho. I was busy darling. Emergency cases the. Otheriwse I wouldnt have missed meeting you. Please cheer up na angel.

Nuts was enjoying all this. She was seeing a new Priya now. She was surprised to see her like this but she was happy seeing their love for each other.

Priya was in his arms and forgotten everything else. Ram was caressing her hair. Nuts didnt want to disturb them. But pat came a voice from the main door.

"Ohh yaar yaha toh khule aam romance shuru kar diya in dono ne. Yaha aur bhi log rehte hain aur bacche bhi hain.. Baachon ko bigad doge kya."

While Ram and Nuts broke into laughter Priya broke the hug and looked at the door to find Neha and Vikram together who was laughing for her words. She turned into red colour as she remembered her position till then and biting her lip she tried to walk away from Ram. But Ram pulled her and side hugged her.

R: Tumhe koi problem hain?

Ne: Nahi mujhe bhala kyun problem hogi. Lekin Nuts hai na issiliye I asked you.

R: Choti ko koi problem nahi hain. Hai na choti.

Nu: Haan bhai. I am totally fine with it.

P: Aap chup rahiyena ab.

Ne: Ole ole meri love sick puppy finally bol uthi.

P: (Pout) I wasnt love sick. I told you na I am scared thats it. She was feeling embarrassed infront of Nuts and Vikram.

Ne: I know, I know. Dont bluff with me.

R: Scared?? Why? What happened again.

P: Bucking herself nothing. Chalo lets go inside. Door pe tamasha karne ki jaroorat nahi hain. Neha you didnt go to office yet?

R: Poocho mat yaar. She directly came to hospital and literally pulled me to come home then itself. Goddd everyone was so weirdly looking at me. Vikram tu pagal hain lekin tujhe double pagal ladki mili.

V: Hmmphh kya karu. Cant help it.

Ne: Now you two stop it, okay. I rang you but you didnt even care to answer your phone. So I had to come and Vikram I will see you later. She was looking sad and her tears Godd I couldnt see her like that, so I had to do this.

Priya was so moved by Neha's concern for her. Even though she teases her a lot she knows how much Neha loves her and cares for her.

She went to Neha and hugged her, "am sorry yaar for all the troubles. I was like.."

Ne: Hey, its okay. But tumhe kabhi aisa nahi dekha na, so I was more worried.

Nuts intervened haan me too, never saw this side of Priya. You are so lucky bhai.

R: Hawww, Priya lucky nahi hai kya.

Nu: Priya se jyada aap lucky ho. Ab aap couples thoda break lo and gals get ready I will take you to one place.

R: I have a case in an hour so I cant come with you people.

Nu: No bhai, aap waha se jaa sakthe ho aajao.

Everyone left together. Nuts told Vikram where to come and she took Priya and Neha with her.

After reaching the destination Ram was like surprised "ab ghar kyun laya tu?"

V: Pata nahi choti ne bola hain.

R: God Priya ko maa aur dadi se milane la rahi hain woh. Tu bhi na. Mujhe toh batade tha na.

V: Mujhe kaunsa idea hain ki main tujhe bataun. Teri chod meri wali kya karegi mujhe ye darr hain.

Ram laughed at him.

In the mean while the ladies arrived.

P: Ab toh batado Nuts humein kaha layi ho. Kisska ghar hai ye?

Nu: Humara.

Priya "What??" Neha "Wowww!!" both at a time.

Nu: Haan. Come lets go in.

P: Nuts yaar, Ram ko maloom hai kya?

Nu: (Seriously) Main yaha tum donon ko mere dost kehke layi hoon, meri hone wali bhabhi kehke nahi. Okay. Get down and come in.

P: (Blushing) Woh baat nahin.

Ne: Tum ab chalo Priya. She got down and opened the door for Priya.

Priya hesitatingly got down from car. They walked towards home and there seeing Ram, Priya stopped in her tracks.

Ram shrugged and gave an assuring smile. When Nuts approached him,

R: Mujhe mat phasao choti. Please.

Nu: Bhai aap koi bache nahi ho. Invite her. You saw her na just a few minutes before. How timid she was looking. Priya isn't a weak woman. I think now her safety matters for us and she was missing you terribly. I cant see her in any sort of pain bhai, So I took this decision. Aap pe chod dungi toh aap zindagi bhar loge maa se introduce karne ke liye. Please ab thoda himmat karo aur dadi se baat chedo nahi toh I will do that.
Before Ram could stop her she walked in along with Priya and Nuts.

R: Ye choti ab choti nahi rahi.

V: Laughed, Be happy that she is easing your burden. Main toh tujhse senior hoon lekin baat wahi ki wahi padi hain. Pata nahin Neha ke parents kab aayenge aur kab hum unse accept karwayenge.

R: Hum hain na. Sab dekh lenge. Dont worry. Chal abhi. Waapis hospital bhi jaana hain.
When they entered hall they saw that Priya was taking dadi's blessings.

Dadi: Tum toh wahi doctorni ho na beta jissne mujhe dekha ekbaar.

P: Haan dadi.

Dadi: Jeethi raho puttar. Ye toh Khushi ki baat hain ki choti tumhari dost hain. Chalo naashta karlo sab.

Then she saw Ram. Oye Golu tu subah bina nashta kiya chala gaya tha na aa ab baith kar khale.

R: Dadi..Golu nahi. Atleast inke saamne nahin.

Dadi: Kyun, sharma raha hain kya. Tu kitna bhi bada doctor ho tu mere liye golu hi rahega. Ab chal.

Ram glanced at Priya and there she was giggling along with Neha.

R: Goddd he thought.

P: Dadi humne abhi naashta kiya.

Nu: Ha ha maine dekha ki tumne kya khaya. Chalo ab.

Krishna ji served them all and sat beside Priya. She was asking her details and she was telling how Nuts keeps talking about Priya all the time. Priya was blushing and was smiling and Ram was adoring her.

V: Tu maa aur dadi ke samne hi line maar raha hain. Thoda break de aur jaldi khana kha mujhe late ho jayega.

R: Smiled at him and started eating.

Everyone was having good time together. Krishna ji was asking Priya and Neha for one more helping and they were saying they were full.

R: Maa chod do aap ko pata nahi shayad lekin Priya ithi si khathi hain. Hum Punjabi ki tarah nahi. Issiliye toh woh biscuit jaisi hain.

Everyone broke into laughter with his words and he bit his tongue seeing Priya glare at him.
Dadi was observing Ram and Priya's antics. He was eating silently, now and then stealing glances at Priya. Priya was angry for his comment so she was avoiding his gaze. Dadi smiled in herself.

R: Maa mera hogaya. Hum dononko jaana hai. Aap log carry on.

Priya stopped eating for a while. Nuts nudged her to continue. Priya controlled her urge to look at him and continued eating.

Dadi: Golu thodi der ruk ja tusse kaam hain mujhe.

R: Dadi..woh.

Dadi: Golu meri baat ek baar toh maan.

R: Dadi aap bhi na. He rang to hospital and enquired about his cases and informed them to attach another doctor for his cases and Vikram's cases as they may be late that day.

Seeing Dadi "ab khush?" He didnt miss that Priya too had a momentary smile.

Everyone finished breakfast and KK ji took Priya along with her. Neha accompanied her.

KK: Priya beta, choti tumhare baarein mein bahut kuch kaha, lekin ab woh jo kehna chahthi hain shayad main samajh sakthi hoon. May I know whether I can talk with your parents.

Priya was looking at her with shock and surprise. Neha intervened kyun aunty?

KK: Kuch nahi unse unki beti ka haath maangna hain.

Priya and Neha both were stunned hearing her. They don't know what to talk and what to understand.

KK: Issme itna hairaan hone ki kya baat hain priya. Aap dono jo chahthe ho woh main aage leja rahi hoon na, kuch problem hain toh bolo.

Priya was still in a state of shock, she could feel her heart pouncing against her rib cage.

P: Woh aunty main, hmm... mummy papa ko kya bataun? Abhi shadi ke baare mein I never discussed with them.

KK: Its ok, thats why I want to talk with the. Tabhi tum apne pyaar ke baare mein batado.

Neha was the one to squeal first.. Aunty aap ko kaise pata hain? for which she received a hit from Priya.

KK ji just smiled at them.

Priya's thoughts were wandering wayward. How does she know? Kya Ram ne bataya apne ghar mein.. mujhe toh inform kar dete. Main atleast prepare hokar aathi thi na..Grrr...This Nuts too didnt tell me anything. Ma papa ko kya bataun?? Goddd please help me in this.

KK: I know that and am very happy to know about you two. I was always worried about Ram and his work. But when I learnt about you I got a confidence that you will be able to deal with him. Phir bhi officially pooch hi leti hoon.. Mere bete Ram Kapoor se shaadi karogi kya Priya?

Priya didnt know why her vision was getting blurred. When Neha hugged her she didnt react and she could see that KK ji was coming to her. She was blank all the while was in a state of shock and surprise, when KK ji wiped her tears then she understood that her eyes were welled up with tears. She didnt know what to say. In this short span did she fall in head over heels with Ram that she is feeling so emotional and happy? What about my family?What will mummy papa say? Will they feel cheated? Her mind was hovering with so many questions. Her other side was mocking her, jab pyaar kiya ye sab tumne socha kya? She had no answers for any questions but she was sure that her heart was heavy and her eyes were showering the happy tears.

Neha broke the hug and saw tears in Priya's eyes. Pagal why are you crying? This is a happy moment.

KK: They are happy tears, dont worry Neha. She came forward and hugged Priya. Tell me something Priya, are you ok with it.

Ne: Ok..She will be double okk aunty. Its just that she is in a sweet state of shock.

KK ji smiled at Neha's words, haan tumhe bhi chance milega, ek baar Vikram se toh baat karloon.

Neha went dumb with her words. She looked at Priya then at KK ji and then at Priya. It was the shock of her life. Priya too was surprised how KK ji knew about their love. Whether Ram said something to her, if at all he said atleast he could have informed us na, then we both couldn't have stood like fools before aunty.
