I doubt on Raya scenes now, yes may be just an emotional scene as of now. Priya coming out of coma will only complicate the situation. Just because Priya has recovered , can Ram refuse to marry Juhi, for that matter even Priya may insist Ram to marry Juhi. Ram - Juhi marriage track will still continue, till the time Juhi herself backs out or she is proved to be negative.
Now since Ram Priya have divorced, they need to get married again, so they would show the preparations for Ram juhi marriage, finally in the end Ram Priya may get married, BW style .

MY POV is just because Priya is out of coma, how can Ram refuse to marry Juhi.Situation has not changed , anyway he has divorced her ,so should not matter whether she is in coma or not. In case Priya 's conidition had not deteriorated he would have married Juhi by now. Damage is already done by divorcing Priya and promising Juhi, so he cant go back, after all Naina's custody is more important .😭😭. Lets see if Juhi moves out of their life
Must say Naina's waffle is magical, made Ram divorce Priya, they should have tried waffle magic on Priya to help her to be out of coma..
