i think it is not ayesha as she was with ram inviting the sharmas for the party

it seems to be mamaji. he had seen somya checking ayesha's phone, she has asked questions about perfume to mamaji in hospital and the trio of nuts, neha and somya acting funning with him telling him what to wear or whatever they were doing...

mamaji may be following these three to see what they were up to and gone there to alert him

or it may be pihu and kush - the new villians...just kidding...😆...but knowing how ekta shows go,...who knows she may turns these cute kids into villians 🤣
