Ram walks towards the balcony of his room in a white kurtha.. He opens the long french window and steps out.. The night dawns on him.. Its dark.. The wind blows by his face.. He shuts his eyes.. He feels empty.. He looks at the stars.. He sees her face.. She smiles.. Her silky hair flying in the wind..her sindoor.. Her bindi.. Her eyes twinkling neatly lined with kohl.. Her red lips curled into a smile.. Her soft skin.. He smiled as her hair moved back with the wind.. Slowly she fades away..
Ram looks at the empty sky.. And sings..
Kisi raah pe kisi mod par..
Kahi chal na dena tu chod kar..
Mere humsafar.. Mere humsafar..
He hears Priyas voice..
Mera dil kahe kahin yeh na ho.. He turns to her.. She stands there and walks to him in the same white..

He shuts his eyes.. His heart yearns for Priya.. His eyes hurt.. His head hurts.. Suddenly his heart smiles.. He hears Priyas payal jingle.. It stops.. He opens his eyes.. She sits beside him to his left.. He looks at her eyes.. She smiles.. Sg knows he is in pain.. She takes her right hand.. And brushes his hair.. He smiles.. All his pain is gone.. He looks at her beautiful eyes that twinkle.. Her sindoor her bindi.. Uff.. He is lost in her.. But his heart starts beating faster.. Priya knows his anticipation.. She places her left hand on his heart.. He smiles.. His heart beats slow down..
Priya: Meine waada kiya hai Ram..
Rams eyes fill.. He puts both his hands on her hand.. And holds it close to his heart..
Ram with tears in his eyes: Tum mere khayaal ho na..
Priya smiles.. Nahi Ram.. She leans.. To his forehead.. He shuts his eye.. Her fragrance the same jasmine.. She places a soft kiss on his forhead.. He opens his eyes.. Looking at her..
Priya whispers... Chuke mehsoos kijiye.. Mein yehi hu.. She leans and places a kiss on his lips.. He feels her soft lips.. Its her.. She was actually there with him.. His tears flow.. He pulls her in a hug.. Tightly holding her waist.. Priya brushes his hair.. Ram.. Aap..
She feels her heart cry as he sheds tears.. She feels his pain.. He loosens his grip and looks at her..
Priya smiles.. Mein change karke aathi hu.. She tries to move back..
Ram holds her hand tightly.. Nahi.. Tum aisehi sojao.. Priya looks at his eyes.. They are filled with fear..he moves aside making place for her.. And she turns around and slides in.. He turns to her and puts his arm possesively around her waist..pulling her closer.. She conviniently cuddles closer.. He moves his hand to the side rack of the bend and turns the switch off.. He puts his hand back on her waist and rests his head in the crook of her neck.. Priya smiles.. Ram whispers.. Woh envolope..
Priya says in a low voice.. Haan woh meine.. She chokes.. Unke yaad mein likha.. He whispers.. Aaj mauf kardo.. Kal se.. He cuddles.. I love you..
Priya smiles..
Ram knew nothing.. He was content to have her by his side..
Both drift to sleep in eachothers arms.. The night was satisfied.. But it left a lot of questions unanswered..
