Next day in college...adi is searching for naina...but isnt able to find her...

Adi - ye naina hai kaha...since she left after the party she has just disappeared...mera phone bhi nahi utha rahi hai...hua kya use...

He gets worried...

He goes to one of naina's friend...

Adi - hey dimpy...

Dimpy - hi adi...

Adi - dimpy do you have any idea...where is naina...she isnt recieving my calls neither replying my texts...

Dimpy - adi last night in middle of the party i saw her with ram going in a room or so...after that i dont know what happend to her...she was looking pale and looked as if she has been crying...i tried asking her but she just said she wants to be alone...i have no clue of her after that...

Adi gets worried...

Adi - thanks dimpy...saying this he leaves...

Adi *to himself* - kahin ram ne uske sath kuch galat...he shrugs off his thoughts...no why would he... But dimpy said last night naina and ram...oh god...i am not gonna leave that jerk if he would have tried to hurt naina...

In anger adi starts to look out for ram...he spots him going towards the class...he runs towards him...grabs his arm to turn him and holds his collar...

Ram was startled with the sudden action of his...

Adi - what did you do to naina...

Ram *confused* - what???!!!

Adi - you...b...what happned between you and naina last night...what did you do...

Ram understood what he meant...

He shrugs his hands off his collar...

Ram - it will be better of you ask her and not me...i have got no intention to create a scene here...so better you go to her and find it out yourself...saying this he turns to leave...

Adi - i swear ram...if anything would have hurt naina am not gonna leave you...

Ram doesnt responds and moves away...

Adi in full rage kicks of the flower pot kept at the corner...

Adi - damn it...i need to go to her...

He drives off to naina's home as fast as possible...

He knocks the door and the maid unlocks it...

Maid - adi baba aap...

Adi - naina hai kya...

Maid - haan baba...but naina baby ko pata nahi kya hua hai kal rat se bus roye hi ja rahi hai...kuch khaya bhi nahi hai...pata nahi kya hua hai unhe...

Adi gets more worried...;

Adi - mein jakar dekhta hu...saying this he runs towards her room...

The door was unlocked...he steps in the room to find her sitting on her bed...with her face buried on her lap...

He could hear her silent sobs...

He sits next to her...she felt his presence and stopped crying...

He lifted her face ...

Adi - kya hua...he asks with his eyes...

Naina just hugs him...crying...

Adi was taken aback...he tries to console her...

Adi - hey...hey...hey...he says softly...kya hua...

Naina - adi am i so low... Her words choked...

Naina- adi...adi...eh eh... I am the worst person...eh eh...

Adi holds her face in his palm and wipes her tears...

Adi - no you are not...now stop crying and tell me what happened...

Naina tells him everything that happened last night...

Adi sighs...

Adi - naina... You shouldnt have taken this matter too far...

Naina looks at him….

You remember your dad's business was suffering crisis from last few months...and...

Naina - i know and your dad helped him out...she says trying to smile...

Adi - *takes a deep breath* no naina...it wasnt my dad...

Naina is shocked...

Naina - then...

Adi looks into her eyes...

When i was talking to you over the phone on this matter...priya overheard our convo...and immediately she called her dad asking him to aid your dad...

Naina - but your dad is the business partner in my papa's company so how ...is...that...am not getting it...

Adi - yes my dad is.. But it is sharma uncle who holds 40% shares in your dads company and my dad 30%...he convinced my dad to do so ..so technically sharma uncle has the real authority...sharma uncle is the one who saved your dads company...priya asked me not to tell you anything about it as you might again mis understand her like you did in the beauty pageant...priya had always been there for you naina even when you hated her she didnt...

Naina was too shocked to say anything...

Adi - naina its time you let the misunderstandings between you and priya get cleared up...before its too late...aise frnds nahi milte hai naina...

Naina's eyes gets teary again...

Naina - but adi...trying to control her tears...i screwed it big time...she must be hating me now...with what i did yesterday...and she cant be blamed for it...ram was right...am ...am a worthless person...

And she starts crying again... Adi- you are really sorry...aint you?

Naina nods in yes...

Adi - then go and say sorry to her...galti ki hai to sudharni to padegi na...

Naina wipes her tears...you are right Adi...she hugs him...thank you so much...i dont know what would i do without you...thanks for being my friend...

Adi smiles - i will always be there with you...

Next scene -

SHARMA MANSION -

There is a knock on the door...priya opens the door...a hugs smile appears on her face as she sees Ram standing there...but was confused to see Adi there…

Priya - ram...she says with a huge smile...hi Aditya…

Ram - tumse koi milne aaya hai...

Priya *confused* kaun...

Ram and Adi moves aside and Priya sees Naina...who was standing there looking down...

Priya - ye kya mazak hai Ram...

Ram - arre isme mazak ki kya bat hai...

Priya - ra...

Before she could complete...naina speaks...

Naina - am really sorry priya...

Priya looks at her in disbelief...

Priya doesnt say Anything and starts moving away...

Naina with tears flowing down her eyes...

Naina - do you remember Priya...what promise we made when we were kids...more than a promise it was contract...she smiles slightly remembering that day...do you remember priya...

Priya stops but doesnt say anything...

Naina takes out a folded paper from her bag...she wipes her tears and stands in front of priya... She places the paper on her palm...

Naina - you cant go...according to this contract you cant just leave me and go...i was stupid all the time...but tum hamesha mujhe samjhati thi na...us din kyu nahi aayi mujhe samjhane...i was waiting ke har baar ki tarah meri BEST FRIEND mujhe manayegi but...jab tum nahi aayi i thought u did everything on purpose...am really sorry...she starts crying again...

Priya looks at the paper on her hand...

Naina - what are you looking at huh...

Just unfold it and read if you have forgotten our deal...

Priya looks at Naina...now even she had tears in her eyes...Ram and Adi were witnessing all this silently...with a smile...

Priya - you still have this with you...she says while unfolding the paper...

Naina - aur nahi toh kya...meri best friend ne diya tha toh kyun nahi rakhungi sambhal kar...

Priya unfolds the paper and both of them smile reading it...

It was when they just 11 years and...after a huge fight between them they signed this deal...

The deal was that no matter what happens they both would solve their differences and none of them could break the friendship. If priya stops speaking to naina she would manaofy her and vice versa.

Priya smiles seeing their signatures at the end.

Naina - so miss priya you cannot break the deal...alright...she says trying to control her tears...

Priya hugs her...

Priya - i hate u damn it...i hate you so much….

Naina *smiles* - i hate you tooo...and am really sorry...am a jerk...

Priya pulls herself back...shutup ok...you have no right to call my best friend that...

And both smile...

Ram coughs...

Ram - arre wah...matlab hamari toh koi value hi nahi hai...

Adi - haan yaar...hello madams hum bhi hai yaha...

Priya and naina move towards adi and Ram...and hit them on their chest...

Adi & Ram - oouch...!

Adi – so all differences are cleared…calls for a group hug….they all smile…and have a group hug..!
