I know how you guys are feeling. Instead of posting it here, I guess you could convey your message to Sneha Rajani, the VP and business head of Sony. She is active on twitter and listens to the comments/suggestions and replies also. Just a suggestion from my side.
I think online viewership must be counted but to gather data regarding the same is almost impossible. But with time it should soon be counted in trps also.
Guys, Im feeling really distraught off late. Sony boasts off and on about giving realistic, down to earth and more relatable shows unlike Star, which gives superficial, more endemic content. But they seriously have to learn a whole range of things from Star. They know how to market a show, which is about to hit the floors and which are on air. That is why Per se, almost all Star shows are revelling in high TRPs, while Sony still is humbley stuck with most of its shows having 1 TVR and 2 TVR. Bade Achhe... used to be the ace of the pack and used to gain high TVRs. But after its crash to an unexpectedly low 2.9 TVR, Im quite worried. Star has a more loyal audience. They remain assured, poised and at the same time diligent and focussed in their content. Sony just believes in a one-time marketing policy. Once they see ratings improving, they leave the show to struggle by its own. They should realise they are yet to make themselves more ostentatious and build a loyal base. Bade Achhe Lagte Hain is one of the most popular shows currently, and Ekta Kapoor's valuble asset. šš¼It can't lick dirt.. Sony Please act wisely and show more promos, build strategies, use innovative methods and connect to the audience even outside the medium of TV. Please protect BALH. It can definitely lead you to the top. You lot have a lot of prospect. Please.

They just dont work hard... Hope they do coz BALH cant be just stranded off like that...š”š”š”š”š”š”I agree with your title.. But the fact is SP does amazing marketing and promos for their shows except my fav show IPKKND which they seem to finally give us focus! In addition they have a huge market since they have been selling fictions successfully for decades!
YRKKH had the promo for new babies for such a long time.. There are promos for DABH and EHMBH every day and lot many times that would catch the eyeball for somebody like me who watches 1 serial in sP! You name it and even Saathiya gets a lot of promos!SONY needs to really buck up on that!! I hardly see promos in the US.. Can't speak for Indian viewers. But pics are not current. They need to start focussing on their shows as its the daily bread and butter!Filmfare has been advertised so many times that even my kids would know the timing! It's funny how they forget that the world would anywyz run to watch the filmfare and this much marketing effort is defnitely not needed!@Sometimes I feel they would not get better than No.2 inspite of having quality programming just becoz of their marketing!š”I have sent my feedback to setasia before..
