Ram Kapoor's real mother (Madhu Raja) has already entered the serial Bade Achhe Lagte hain as the doctor of Natasha Sharma (Kartik's wife). In earlier episodes of Bade Achhe Lagte hain, Natasha went to Goa to get her child aborted.
She is getting her treatment under a lady doctor which is actually Ram Kapoor's real mother. The character is played by theatre actress Madhu Raja. Natasha is very disturbed after getting her child aborted and Madhu Raja playing the role of her doctor, consoles her that she will be perfectly fine.
Natasha is back in Mumbai and is upset again. She calls her doctor and requests her to come to Mumbai. So finally Ram Kapoor's mother is coming to Mumbai. Let's see how the story turns on.
