I guess the story is getting really interesting ever since ram-priya have met.. Its not a single episode where their encounter hasnt been hilarious... It gets better with every episode.. So to begin with.. the scene at the restaurant was super cute.. Ram wiping the glasses..lol.. does he do that in every restaruant?? high time he gets his own cutleryš.. well that is what he said in the first episode... I liked the mineral water v/s saada paani interaction.. Priya seems very smart and someone who can speak sense... but she did speak some nonsense in front of the waiter when she was apologizing ram for calling him dinosaurš.. Now comes the drag of the epiosde... shipra... Does she even help around in the kitchen??? she and her daughter with or without those face packs seem scary.. priya and her father seem like they dont exist for them.. anyway all the welcome downstairs at the entrance was š.. Until the lift scene.. Poor priya just gets pushed out by her mother. P and R waiting for the lift to come downš.. That aunty's dialogue about the two looking like a couple was cute and then to sum it up Ram saying they have pills for that.. wow!! Looking forward to todays episode.. i think the serial should air 5 times a week
Today the episode was on similar lines for me like yesterday especially the first scene so I would still give it an 8. Priya did do a great job but I just think Ram has been inching a little ahead of her with his expressions. When they are around each other they become totally different people however the way Ram expresses the situation those his facial expressions is what I love.
TheMeet: I just knew that Priya was going to be late but what surprised me is the way Ram reacted. He was just not his usual self and it really surprised to see how quickly he changed his demeanor. I really thought he would be angry and instead to end up with the bindi scene. Loved the originality of the scene where the bindi did not end up in the usual physical contact. I was laughing off the chair to see the way a normal general comment on the Rain ended up with Priya supporting the whole middle class population. Just when I top it could not get more hilarious came the best punch of the scene on that the unavailability to meet at 12. These scenes the writers have totally taken it to the top. Priyas innocence was well portrayed but for me in this case Ram was the cherry to the icing. The glass inspection, the horrified bindi position, discomfort on the waiter listening up, the bewilderment on the rain comment, the embarrassed for the daily police trips to the final grin on the fall they were way too good.
Their homes: I guess I am the only one who does not hate Shipra. She just to me still is someone I see very real and since this show is not dramatized I think her character fits in really well. She did exactly as expected wanted to make sure Priya got the job done and instead of thanking her was all about the preparations. The dad however balances it out and that is what Priya's dad and mom portray. On the other hand in Ram's house although his mom was happy at what he has done she still discredited it by wanting her other son to be the brother of the bride. So although everyone hates Shipra she and Ram's mom are really the same just that Shipra is not wicked like Ram's mother. On a side note Why is Ishika (elder sister)still had home? Was she not the one who got married in the initial episodes?
Rishta time: As expected we knew Shipra would be busy in her beauty while Priya did all the work. I really felt bad when Priya was dragged but then in Shipra's defence it was not about Priya and her looks In any case Priya did not listen to her and care about it besides she was right the rishta was not for her. The antics of Shipra continued downstairs and loved the way Ram was able to see through her antics and put it into perspective and although irritated still maintained his cool.
The Lift Epiosde: I really love Shipra here for leaving Priya out with Ram instead of her husband. To have the aunty come and say that they are a good Jodi was not expecting that to happen. What I did not understand is why Ram did not refute it as there was lots of time. Guess it was because they now want the lady to tell Shipra and she get all excited on that 2 kids are marrying into a rich house or is there another misunderstanding still to arise .

Ram really stole the show for me in those initial scenes...the ease of his expressions - how can one call that acting? That is so far beyond acting...it's like living and breathing your character. I just loved his supercilious expression when he put the cleaned glass back down on the table š as someone else mentioned, by this point I think he should carry a case of his own brand cutlery and dishes, to avoid just this kind of terror š

Was she not the one who got married in the initial episodes? I totally think that Shipra and Niharika are exactly the same in many respects...it's just Shipra's shrill voice makes her scenes ten times worse. As for Ishika, I too wonder the same thing - almost from the second episode onwards she has been seen in Ram's home; always with a bluetooth piece attached to her ear. Is she her mother's personal secretary? šš

Guess it was because they now want the lady to tell Shipra and she get all excited on that 2 kids are marrying into a rich house or is there another misunderstanding still to arise . Ram and Priya clearly had enough time to correct the aunty on her misconception, but it seemed like they were struck down with embarrassment and thought that the easiest way to get through it would be to let her go on, rather than having to suffer a round of awkward explanations and questions.

Nice update.
I must say I have watched RP scenes especially their first meeting like loads of times laughing like an idiot š¤Ŗand my mom keeps popping into my room to see if I am ok šRam and his obsession for cleanliness reminds me of Korean Superstar Rain's role in Full House. Rain's character was obsessed with cleaning and germs, it was funny. However Ram is just cute, one minute he is irritated, the next angry and then calm, totally adorableš³Priya oh my she is so gutsy, she can take Ram down with her bare hands but she is just being too nice. She is perfect for Ram and I love how she speaks her mind and doesn't let anyone bring her spirit down. She is a real Spice Girl šI like this approach to the lead meeting and eventually getting together, it's somewhat more natural as in their conversation. Ram and Shashki are just spot on and the younger actors should take lead from them on how to act and react.š
Oh my God, I love Priya! ššššššš Just...I knew I would, because it's Sakshi, but I didn't know I would love her for just being her, you know? This episode belonged to Priya, through and through.
But first things first. Ram's habit of cleaning glasses wherever he happens to be sitting (even in a restaurant he chose!) is just hilarious. And the little smug, superior smile when he put that newly Ram-sanitised glass down was just š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£ God, I love the nuances he brings to this character.Priya's uncomfortable-ness at being dolled up like a potential bride came through very well in her body language, her squirming while Ram looked at her...only to point out that her bindi is askew š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£ I really enjoyed that bindi manoeuvre scene - so pointless a task and certainly not progressing the conversation, but it didn't feel like a filler. It felt like a very humorous depiction of the eccentricities of Ram's character, particularly his gaping mouthwhen she put the bindi onto the plate š¤£š¤£Priya's mother is doing her no favours however - her continued misconception that Priya is an idiot is only making Priya look more feeble, especially in the eyes of Ram.I liked how they both honestly apologised for their various misdemeanours, but Ram's awkwardness when she was listing all the things she had called him, in front of the waiter, was a little overplayed. We know what she called him, no need to repeat it for comic effect, na?Ram's little diatribe of the rain, and Priya's impassioned defence of irrigation and mineral water was too funny š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£ and Ram's response? "I was just complaining. I wasn't actually going to go out and stop the rain" š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£The point at which I fell out of my chair with laughter was when Ram suggested meeting at 12, and Priya - very seriously - said that it was impossible to meet at 12, because every day at 12 they have to go to the police station š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£What I really liked about this scene was that up until now, Priya has been laughing at and teasing Ram for his eccentricities, but this time Ram got a chance to laugh at her slight trip. Not that it was a nice thing to do, just that their relationship felt slightly more even and balanced.I think I might not despise Shipra so much if they dubbed her voice with a heavier voiced actress'. At the moment she talks at a pitch even dogs would cover their ears from. The scene where Priya does all the housework as Ayesha and Shipra "honey" loll about wearing face masks was a much better portrayal of Priya's life and circumstances than a dozen people telling us over and over again how bechari Priya is. I don't want to hear from yet another person how Priya does all the work and sacrifices everything; I want to see it, because I sure as hell can decipher the subtext from a scene.Though I hate Nuts, I did like that one moment of sibling love when Ram told her that she will always live with him, and she agreed. It seems she at least really does love him, though that might be simply because he gives her what she wants. The Priya-Karthik scene I felt was basically a repeat of yesterday's - I don't get Karthik's reticence; if his only issue is to find a groom for Priya first, then why doesn't he just do it instead of moping around after a wrist-slitting freak? The rest of the episode was the Shipra show, and as such was not as entertaining as the first half. Maybe its this whole Karthik-Nuts shaadi business that bores me; I don't care about nachos and pizzas when I want to see more RP.The lift scene with the random aunty was typical Ekta and didn't really add much to the whole episode or the RP equation. Though I did like RP's continuance of Monday's teasing. And is Ram's solution to everything another pill? š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£I'd say today was a 6 out of 10 - and the whole 6 goes to the RP scene at the beginning. Most of the rest of the episode I could have done without. What do you guys think?
