Is it not against law?

Vaibhav denying vandana the divorce she wants, and asking for her share of property in exchange. Can vandu not report this under harassment or something?

Also, vandu's father may be on a wheelchair but cant he throw mrunal out by using police or something. Ain't he the legal owner of the house?

But these people dont want a debacle, i guess. But vandu being misbehaved with, in her own house doesnt sit right with me.

It's against law.. but even respective parties use these things as leverage.. give this for this.. and lawyers also make good money, as long as couple does not reach a conclusion.. lawyers keep earning..

Actual leverage to Vandana ke pass hai.. like she can tell mrunal that you know what, I am first wife.. to jab tak mai divorce nai deti na.. you cannot marry hum.. you will always be called.. xyz... coz I won't give divorce..

But suddenly this property share thing is being shown.. where I am confused ke jo Vandana nivas kunal ne purchase karke sabko ghar se hakala tha.. how come everybody else is reselling it..kaise hua ye? Maybe I missed some episodes..

Mrunal ko ghar se bahar nikalna is also against law.. in that sense.. like parents can surely kick out.. but if she does a police complaint.. to fir police b kuch jyada nai karegi... they will be like she is an adult and kaidese ghar baap ka hai.

But mrunal ke sath sath hemanth ko b hakalna chahiye tha.. ekdo khud lafda kiya start me by taking udhar and then sense of entitlement dekho inki..

Anagha b.. gharme 4 paise kamane ki aukat nai but plotting aise kar rahi hai jaise aam uske ho and wo decide kar rahi hai ke kisko kya milega..

Vandana should just walk out of that vandana nivas also.. like I don't think anything good is going to come out of that property.. (my personal choice coz udhar friend and bhai who betrayed her also stay), Mumbai dikhaya hai there are so many options for working women for safe renting space.

Seedha bolti .. tumlogo ko abse no money from my salary.. atya and baba ko bas rashan dungi baki apna apna rasta pakdo ab chalo.. Saab alag level ke free loaders pade hai..

Inke baba ekdum hi dumb dikhaye hai.. even if they show him on wheelchair show him using his brain.. ke kaise wo mind games khelta hai.. when his kids misbehave.. thoda character weak dikhaya hai abhi.. I hope it will change for vandanas sake in coming episodes..

Another important baat! Vandana niwas actuallly kunal ka hi hai. Vandu signed a contract jisme uski 90 % salary as payoff jati hai. Ye show wale ye sab bhool gaye hain vamps ki vampiregiri dikhane ke chakkar main. Vese bhi itna logic dikhaenge, toh 5-6 mahine tak viewers ko traumatize kese karenge

She would have walked out but uss scenario main her nalayak siblings would not only sell the house, but will definitely oust her father and aatya too. Apne boodhe baap ka wo actual main ab aakhiri sahara hai.

I dont think her baba's character will change. Atleast, he is supporting her emotionally.

Everything aside, what the f*** 'legal' advise was that?? Abhira kept harping about lado lado.. but how the hell should Vandu lado??? What legal routes did Abhira actually give? Just some moral sermons which Vandana already keeps sprouting around? What BS way to promote Abhira...

The property share is definitely confusing. I’ve watched all 80+ episodes and I missed where Kunal gave the house back. I know Kunal gave Vandu advance pay for her wedding. Did that equal the cost of the house? 🤔 Did that mean her debt was paid? 🤔 And if Kunal gave the house back then why is Vandu still working long hours for him as his PA tolerating his attitude?

When Hemant demands Vijay to sell the house (Ep. 65), Vijay says that Kunal had the house documents. In my opinion, the house is not Vijay’s to sell. The house seems to legally belong to Kunal and with Vandu working for Kunal as payment that makes her family tenants or renting the home. Kunal has legal right to kick all of them out of the house just as he did before.

As per what is shown until now, the property has been mortgaged by Hemant for a loan of Rs. 25 lakhs, but the property is worth crores... First that money lender was threatening them to vacate the house as he has not paid the interest for a long time... Now, Kunal paid whatever the amount (loan amount+interest) is to the money lender and has the property papers with him..Kunal has not purchased the property, it is still in Vijay's name..you can repay the loan amount and get the property papers back from Kunal which is what Vandana is doing in installments...Since the property is worth crores, the other members of house want to sell it so they can repay the loan and take their shares to use for their personal dreams.. this is what I have understood from what is shown...

But I am okay of kunal takes good revenge on her behalf.
