Hidimba and Bheem live their lives in the area of rakshas .
She gives birth to a son n it’s time for Bheem to leave her n go back to his family She is heart broken but has to keep her promise to Kunti.
Pandavas n Kunti live lives in simplicity in the jungles , Kunti always asks them to share what ever they have collected as alms or fruits from the forest .They share a room with a villager whom Kunti addresses as brother . Bheem helps out that villager while dealing with Bakasur rakshas who was about to devour them one by one .
Kunti argues that she was a guest in their house and had duties to share happiness /problems and grief equally with her host .also she had 5 sons while her host had only one ..she could afford to lose one . Yudhishthir then argues that they had been guests at Lakshagriha but they were betrayed ... it was the most unkhatriya like behaviour that was melted against them ..why did Kunti not retaliate then ??
Yudhishthira further argues why did she send Bheem n not him ?? He was the eldest his number came first .
Kunti argues that he was not only her eldest son he was also Yuvraj of Hastinapur ,,she could not put the Yuvraj’s life in danger .
Bheem says he was rightly chosen by Mata Shri as he always consumed half the rations of this family . It was his chance to repay his family . All agree to send Bheem to Bakasur .
Bheem reaches Bakasur’s den , challenges him n kills him . On seeing the torturer of the village done to death the villagers rejoice .. they hold a celebration get together and also decide to honour the family that did them this favour ....
Kunti makes the excuse that killing Bakasur was not their aim n they walk out of that village .
Kunti n the five brothers rest under a huge tree for the night .

Pandavas were living in the jungles in agayatvas when group of Brahmins arrive and inform about Draupadi swayamvar at Kampillya Nagri in Panchal Pradesh .. they advise the five brothers to attend as kings from all over the land were arriving . The brothers ask how could Drupad’s daughter become so grown up that her swayamvar needed to be conducted ?? The pandits then narrates the back story about how Dronacharya was insulted by Drupad ..how Dronacharya used the Pandavas to fight Drona n win his kingdom he then gave half of that kingdom to a Drupad n since then Maharaj Drupad is seething to take his revenge .
He then wanted to have a son who could take the revenge for him n kill Dronacharya ....he goes to rishi muni .. they decline his request as he wanted the son for Brahman hatya which was a sin ...he is directed to Vyas who was the only last hope for him .
Brahma rishi Vyas agrees to perform Putra kameshti yagya for Drupad to give him a son who would kill Dronacharya .
Vyas performs Putra kameshti yagya and out of the flames
Drishtadyumna n Draupadi appear .
Drupad is very pleased to have a son n daughter .
At the Swayamvar Samaroh of Draupadi ..pancha Pandavas arrive in their disguise .
Shakuni , Duryodhan , Balram and Karn are seen competing at the swayamvar .Krishn too present there . Draupadi seeks his blessings before sitting . Arjun and Krishn secretly share a glance n greet eachother .
Draupadi arrrives looking stunningly beautiful .Drishtadyumna explains the conditions for winning Yagya janma Draupadi’s Hand in marriage .. they had to shoot into the eye of a rotating fish by looking at its reflection below it .
Duryodhan is first one to try n he fails to lift the bow .. he is encouraged by Shakuni but he returns to his seat ashamed . One by one other kings try their hand at it but fail to lift the dhanush .
karn moves forwards to try but Draupadi refuses to put varmala on Suta Putra . Karn gets annoyed at this insult n gives Drupad a piece of his mind . Duryodhan also accuses Drupad of insulting his friend . Drishtyadumna then asks Karn that he should have known the rules at swayamvar .. marriages were always between equals . Also Duryodhan should have informed his friend about it . And if Draupadi did not wish to marry Suta Putra it was her choice .
He asks if there was any body in this Swayamvar Sabha who could fulfill the conditions . He laments Drona shishya Arjun was the greatest dhanurdhar ..but was killed in Lakshagriha .
On being urged by the brothers Arjuna steps forwards .
all wonder who this person was . They appreciate his good physique ,poise, walk ..they applause as Arjuna lifts the Dhanush ties the bow string and takes position to shoot at the revolving fish .
