I'll try 2 help u:

Adding floating images 2 ur creations
*You will need:PSP and Animation Shop

1-Open up PSP and go 2 File>New>Height:30+Width:30 and make sure it's transparent
2-Choose ur brush u want to use and set it to size 30 too
3-Then copy this image and open up Animation shop and "Paste as New Animation"
4-Then in animation shop go 2 File>Animation Wizard to open up ur sigg
5-After u open it up copy it 2 three frames
6-Go back to ur size 30 brush and copy it and select the first frame of ur sigg and paste the brush in various places,then do the same with the next frame and the last frame
7-You can view ur animation by going 2 View>Animation

Hope that helped....BTW:If u don't like the speed of ur floaties go 2 Animation>Frame Properties play around with the properties 2 get the speed u want😉
