no body answered my question what paint shop does khushi use?

and also does anyone know how to get clear videos for video avitars like this one?

i always make video avatars in Window Movie Maker.. then later days.. it is not working that i cant make anymore!!and it is gone!! im soo upset! you guys know how to make a video avatar other ways
