select the circle brush from ur brushes menu n stamp it over the siggy then using the magic wand select the inside portion of the circle,then copy ur pic n paste it into the circle by going to edit>>paste>>paste into selection.

PS:incase u use photoshop,to paste the pic,goto edit>>paste into.

i want a siggy made but all the shops i go to only take like 1-2 pics.. is there any shops in here that take ALOT of pics... like seven.... i know its a lot but still. 😳 😳 😳 plz do tell me... im in need of a siggyyy
