I have Jasc Paint Shop Pro, Adobe Photoshop 7.0 & Animation Shop 3. I want to make an animated signature n if possible, put an avatar on it...Any tuts for that? 😳 😊

add a 2 inch white border...for borders go to image--add borders....then add 1 inch balck border and paste it to ur background
