How do you distort a picture?

What software do you need and is there a tutorial i can find that explains it step by stepor can someone please explain it to me please?

I'll wait for replies and sorry if im posting in the wrong section but all you creatives hang around here so I thought to post it here

abr brushes will not work in PSP. Abr is for photoshop. For the jbr brushes, open up psp...open the folder that has those brushes and drag and drop the brushes 1 by1 into psp. Now, you should have images that have your brush on a white bkground. After this you can follow this site's instructions:

there are many different ways to distort your image. Do you have photoshop or paint shop pro? If not, then you need to get this software first. It can be found on the 1st page of the topic "Making Siggys and Avis" by Khushi...let me knw if you have the software and we'll go on from there.😊
