cuz ur opening the layer ontop of the background...If you want the layer to be separet then create a new image and use that...but anything on 1canvas will be minimized.

😆...that does happen to me also sometimes...and if u click on the view button on windows also it wont work as according to the software that box is already there outside...but i mostly find it somewhere, like below the task bar or somewhere like that...do one thing, try pulling down the task bar (task bar is the bar at the bottom where all the windows which u have opened can be minimised, and the bar at the right hand side of which is the clock, and other small icons)...once u pull down the task bar, see if ur animation box is there 😊 !
