Erm, I use "Ice Cream Screen Recorder" and "PhotoScape" in turns, and there's a cool trick in Win 10, you need to press "Win key+prc sc" to take a snap. Hope that helps! 😳

Well it's probably because these sites often get taken down by the government.

What you could do is to get a free VPN. Just google someting like "Free VPN for <your browser">, change the location around a bit, and I'll think you'll get it.

PS, did you try using a mobile hotspot or a wifi (like, use the one you're not using right onw, if that makes sense).

^Frankly, I don't know. Try randomly switching to any place. Kahin na kahin toh chal hi jaayega. :D

And if it doesn't then probably they took the site down themselves.
