Thanks in advance 😃

Gif size is large( yours is 244 frames)..Photoshop is crashing due to it..Mostly due to less memory..Keep the no. of frames limited to under 50 if its HD video!!!

^it could also be because of your RAM size. It used to happen to me frequently when I was on a 4gb ram laptop.

I agree with @Starwalker. and @poo_j
those might be the reasons/solutions.

To @...Juhi._: If I were you, I would have first deleted the complete PS folder only the one which you have unzipped (not downloaded one!). Then I would have unzipped the folder again with WinRAR and opened PS with "Administrator" selection. As if it has already worked to upload Videos in PS then there can't be any problems with QuickTime Player. I see you have done something after you have uploaded the Video. What did you do which caused PS to crash?

No, the SS is just for showing the error message..I even tried doing that for a small no of frames but it still crashes.

Nope I haven't done anything after importing the video. Its just that I have opened PS after a long time and have started facing this error. Hope extracting the folder again helps :) Will try this solution. Hope it works 😃 Thanks alot. Will get back here after trying it :)

Er, I've just got PS CC in my lappy, and I can't install Topaz Clean 3 in it, any help would be appreciated! 😳

When I tried googling this error, it asked me to download a "Utility File" which when I ran as Admin, it lead me through a series of instructions on the Command Line that ultimately give me an error like this ->

I've also tried restarting and reinstalling. Nothing seems to work. :/

I think you've installed it to program files x86
Uninstall and reinstall topaz. When you're installing, you''ll get th option to pick the installation folder. It's program files x86 for default. Try installing topaz to the other program files folder. Lemme know if it works.
