Std size is 500*350 pixels or 550*400 pixels.

so i searched alot about how to get that soft pastel effect. like seriously you know..i banged my head sometimes but never put my hands down as i really wanted to learn or to use this effect😳. See, either you can use topaz clean effect but the version i download will run 30 days only and also you cannot play with the opacities and colouring too. So i try to find alternative which not exactly will give you the above pic spam effect [though it also depends the colouring you are doing, like in above ishqbaaz pic spam..colouring is beautifully done and also those are HD pics. In my swasan pic..i made this edit from my mobile app and also didnt applied any psd, colouring or any effect, so this softening effect doenst came out so well].

Step1- duplicate the layer

Step2- go to FILTER-> ARTISTIC-> select 'smudge stick' you can play with parameters but for my pic i chose highlight= 0, stroke= 2, intensity= 5.

Step3- set the blending mode to normal and set opacity to 25-30%

Step4- Go to filter--blur--select motion blur and keep the parameter low 15-20

Step5- then again go to filter--> noise--> reduce noise set parameters as reduce noise- 100 and preserve details- 0% for this pic i set strength as 10 but it may vary with the pic.

then as an additional step you can again duplicate this psd and set to either softlight or lighten mode to same opacity.

you are done!

P.S-- i havent used any type of PSing. I was unaware of a thing called "photoshop" when i made this😆😆. Now i only added the above filters only and here's the result. Let me know if you guys find this useful.
