The link to download ps cs 5 extended is given on first page by StrawberryParam (Naz)

And that is blending which is done in the signature. You can look for blending tutorials

You don't have to install. Just open the Folder and scroll down till you see the Photoshop Program with the PS Icon. Just click to open. If it doens't open, then open it *As Administrator*.
