u can add topaz effect after u used that texture

or u can also use this action

tip use these action twice for bettter effect

(use this action once u r done with everything texture,text,)

priya try using the action which i give

thats effects in that spam

for soft effect u can duplicate the image

use

Image >> Adjustment >>threshold

Then go to

Filters >Blur>Gaussian Blue >> 2.6 to 4.4 ( it depends on the picture )

Then go to layers

Soft layer

Tip

Go to first image sharpen it a bit to get better results
