How to increase the brightness in just two minutes

Step One : Open any file [Pref HD]

Step Two : Duplicate or Copy the Image Layer. Set the Layer more to screen

Step Two : Cope the main image once again and place it over the screen layer. Then change the layer mode to overlay. Reduce the opacity to 70%

Step Three : Click on the Layer Panel and Adjust the parameters as per the picture below.

Done.

The result actually seems a colored version and not just brightened. Good stuff, Appy! Thanks for opening this channel, will definitely prove to be helpful.
