by using selective colouring u can do that

no i am not able to do that, in fact the face has become golden now

While using Selective colour..

1.First change the intensity of the colour you want to increase/decrease.

2.Then press Ctrl+i to invert it.Now the inverted image will be changed to its original colour.

3.Now Use the "Brush Tool" (particularly a soft brush) ,and use either black or white colour.

4.If u use the white colour and use the brush and rub it over the part where u want to increase the colour over the inverted image.

5.U can use black colour and rub the brush to change to its original colour.

If u still didn't understand,I can give you a link to a tutorial if u want.

I will be thankful if you give me the link because whenever I'm changing the color its also affecting the skin

plus why does ps does not allow me for animation,i can't make any sort of gif or animated tag at all :(
