I think you have Dial-up thats why its taking so much time. you can try installing Jasc Paint Shop Pro 9.

I hope it takes less time. it is smaller then Adobe.

and ya, yaad aaya. you can use Microsoft Photo Editer. but it has very limited options of bluring and and other editings. but give it a try.

Microsoft editor comes with Office. so you should have it on your computer.

I have 1 problem after i save the blank banner and try 2 open it on paint it dosent show but when i go back 2 Adobe photoshop it does? 😕

Aryan Do the Opposite then.

Make the banner in Paintbrush and save it. then open it in Adobe.

To get the right deminsions on Paint:

Go to Image -> Attributes.

and then insert your deminsions.
