This is really a simple one.

Write the first text, and apply drop shadow and then apply a color overlay. Then duplicate the layer for 2 times and change the color. Same goes for the second Text too, point the texts are written in 2 different layers.

To the second Text don't forgot to apply a little stroke on the Layer that you will put in the middle and you will get more or less the effect like in the text above.

Oh yeah i think both the text have a little of outer glow 🤔

I have done the same but i didn't applied stroke, i moved the text a little in the second frame.

@Ilovesobti I already have cs5 and also timeline option just don't have this option!

@preet it changes the timeline into frame animations.

@bold thats where the problem is once i convert it...it still remains in timeline mode instead of frame animation

I think I'm the most ignorant person when it comes to gifs

i don't make them as i don't love them that much.

I look i don't even get what is the difference between timeline and frame moods.

I don't have that button in my PS but there is the Conver to smart filters but i don't know how it works

Then Get CS5 portable :)
