Wont share the PSD as its very dear to me😆 but for a tip I'd say dl PSDs which are specifically mentioned as gif/avi PSDs and always use more than one PSD on gifs.

But yes you can have the texture I used: its a line texture, mode:softlight , opacity:80-100(depends)
and no sharing of it anywhere or else I'l turn mean.
