ur brush ya koi bhi png pic that u want to glitter shud be opaque...like this...

vacant or potions with no color will have no glitter.

1.open a transparent document.

2.add ur brush/png pic(example waali pic im using)

3.add a new layer.

4.fill color with *color fill* tool , color being #CCC

5.go to - Filter<Noise<Add Noise.

6.Let the setting be wat they are just adjust the *radius* to 23.61and see that*monochromatic* is deselected.

7. Now keep this layer selected n go to - Layers < Create Clipping Mask.
Glitter will be added to ur pic.

8.Create a new layer.

9.fill color with *color fill* tool , color being #CCC again.

10.go to - Filter<Noise<Add Noise.

11.Let the setting be wat they are just adjust the *radius* to slightly different , up or down to ur prevoius setting and see that *monochromatic* is deselected.

12. Now keep this layer selected n go to - Layers < Create Clipping Mask.
another Glitter will be added to ur pic.

13. In animation panel duplicate ur frame 4 times.

14.Select the 2nd frame and 4th frame and hide(that eye that is next to layers remove it) the glitter layer that is right on top.

15.so now alternate frames will have the 2 glitter layers.

16.time them to 0.09
